I have been having some serious issues with racoons. I reached out to Snap and they were there within the day. Over 5 days they captured and cured my racoon problem. They were knowledgeable, professional and courteous. They went over and beyond to take the necessary steps to safeguard the location where the racoons were living so we wouldn't have the same issue again. Thanks Snap!

We heard noises from our attic and one evening saw a raccoon peeping out from a gap made the raccoon. Joe came even on the Mothers' Day! He recommended to wait 3 weeks as he was concerned that there could be raccoon babies too small to walk through the one-way gate. We waited for 3 weeks and the whole process was handled professionally and he always thought of the best alternative advantageous to us. He went into the attic and found the babies but did not see the mother, He had to come back with some cages to trap the mother but failed and finally installed a one-way gate and after making sure that the mother was gone he wired the hole. He even showed us ways to prevent this happening again! Thank you Joe.

Joe is a really good solution provider in terms of the overall cost and long-term effect. This is a townhouse in row which means 4 neighbours all sharing the same connected attic. I was told that the cost would be $250 to put a single-way gate on the hole over my unit on the phone. However, after Joe came up to the roof, checked and evaluated the damage and potential issues. He advised that I only need to pay him 100 dollars to buy the gate with the installation. If other neighbour found the hole on their side, I can lend the gate to them in order to drive the squirrel out, and patch the holes by ourselves. This is a fantastic long run idea instead of one-time fix for a few days as the squirrels may find another access through other neighbour's roof. Joe was an excellent caring worker, he did a great Job. I had a squirrel living in my tic and he came, took a lot of time making sure that he found a hole to put a gate so the the squire could get out back to the wilderness. About 4 day latter the squirrel was gone from my attic. I highly recommend his company. Very reasonable price as well Thank you Joe

Hi, I first met Joe when I had a problem with mice in 2009 after having some work done in my basement. At random I just chose to contact Snap Pest Control and Joe made an appointment to see me immediately. After a walk around the house to try to determine where the mice were making entry into the house, he immediately went to work in blocking off areas that he thought they could make entry. He then entered the house and again had a look around at the cupboard areas and other places where he showed me where the mice were running around. Bait and traps were set in spaces in the house where he thought they may be hiding and within a two week period, my mice problem was under control. In early May 2012 another problem arose where squirrels were making entry into my basement and knowing how pleased I was with Joe's service after the mice problem, I contacted him again although I was not sure that squirrels were his specialty, but he came right away and he discovered that the problem was that the squirrels were gaining entry through my chimney which did not have a covering. He ensured that the area was covered with wire mesh and returned a week later to do the final covering with a piece of sheet metal. Our problem is now solved and I would like to take this opportunity to say how reliable and dependable Joe has been to deal with these problems that we had over the years. Ants were eating their way into my house through the baseboards. Snap drilled holes in my lower walls and applied some insecticide. They patched up the holes which didn't end up being very noticeable. They also applied some gel outside where the ants seemed to be entering, and sprayed around the windows, doors and foyer. They offered to return in the spring to conduct a re-treatment if necessary. The service was excellent and the results were good so I was fully satisfied.

All of the reviews are accurate! Joe was exceptional to deal with - professional, reliable, hard working. He came to give a quote as soon as possible and completed the work soon thereafter. He was very conscientious (wanted to make sure we were pleased with his work) and the quality of his work was excellent. He really went the extra mile. Tenant was freaking out, SNAP Pest Control came pretty quickly and saved the day. Had hired another company to remove the animals, but they neglected to remove the babies who were in the rafters. They were very ethical and friendly and treated the animals with respect.

Joe Bruno was exactly what I wanted: thoughtful, sensitive to our needs, unwilling to use any more chemical than necessary (we have a dog and a cat not to mention our own health). Our first appointment was on a rainy chilly day. When he arrived the ants were quiet, so he rebooked for a warmer day so that he could observe them directly. I really appreciated the level to which he used his intelligence instead of just spraying chemicals everywhere.

I manage a multi-residential building. It is important that I provide a home for my tenants where they are happy. An integral part of that is to keep the building vermin free. To do so, you must hire a professional that is dependable and know what they are doing. I called Snap Pest control for a report of a rat in the basement. Joe and Frank came to the call and they were very professional. They were like detectives with their flashlights. They located a hole underneath the radiator board that the rat had entered in from the outdoors. They also found other potential points of entries around the building. They installed a baited rat trap outside and some traps indoors. The rats have never returned since then, and Joe comes back every couple of months afterwards to see if the traps are empty and maintained. I also had a few cases of isolated bedbug incidences. Any report I get, I call Joe immediately. Each time, he was very accommodating and very professional with the tenants as well. He worked for a couple of hours inspecting, taking the bed apart, steaming, vacuuming, dusting, spraying and so forth. The tenants were also very comfortable with Joe, and he does a lot of work for them. Joe will get the job done even if it means staying late. Although none of the cases were severe, all cases of bedbugs were resolved with 1 treatment with Snap Pest Control. Joe is my go-to pest control person. I have used other companies in the past. Not all companies are equal. I have had companies that offer a guarantee, but they will have to come back again and again because their method does not work, or they simply don’t know what they are doing. That frustrates tenants, and me, because I pay someone and the job isn't done. I need someone that is dependable, accommodating, knows what they are doing, works well with tenants, and most of all – solves the issue FAST. Joe is the person to call. He is 100% reliable, honest, kind, and professional. If you have any pest problems, I assure you, Joe will look after you. I highly recommend SNAP pest control.
