My husband and I were hearing small animals running through our attic early in the mornings. So after researching pest control companies on HomeStars, we decided to call up Joe and Frank from Snap Pest Control. We decided to go with them due to all of the great reviews, and specifically, how reviewers were commenting on how professional they were and also how personable and pleasant they were to deal with. They showed up the very next day after calling and immediately got to the source of the problem after a very thorough investigation – squirrels were getting through a hole in our chimney as well as some access points on the roof near our eavestrough. Frank even managed to take pictures of the squirrels trying to access our chimney at dusk! Their price was beyond reasonable and they promised not to leave until the job was taken care of. The squirrels were quite persistent and they actually found a few (that were still alive) that had fallen down through the hole in our chimney - and were hiding on a ledge (still inside chimney) close to the ground of our living room! They were patient, persistent, professional, and a joy to be around. If you ever have a pest problem do not hesitate to call Snap Pest Control, I highly, highly recommend. Lindsay

I am horrified to admit that over he last 2-3 years, my cozy family home has been visited by mice and then...ugh...roaches. Joe has been my savious. He is resposive, knowledgeable, patient, comforting (this stuff is upsetting and stressful!) and persistent. He gets the job done -- and makes a truly unpleasant experience as easy and manageable as possible. Joe really knows his stuff. Most importantly, he's super competent and will get the job done. He also happens to be a good guy. I highly recommend SNAP.

Joe at Snap Pest Control came to the rescue when we discovered mice throughout the triplex I live in. His assessment of the problem was very thorough and his knowledge was incredibly reassuring. He treated the home and gave clear feedback on how to protect the house from pest vulnerability. When signs of mice reappeared a few months later, he was back at the house within days to re-assess with the change of season. Joe spent another two hours troubleshooting and treating the house. We recently discovered bed bugs in our home. This was extremely traumatic for us aside from all the obvious reasons but also due to the fact that it had occured 2 days before Christmas. After contacting Joe at Snap Pest Control I immediately felt a small sense of relief. He answered all of my questions and assured me that he would resolve the issue for us in time for Christmas. He was at the house first thing Christmas Eve morning and not only resolved our issue in a timely manner but also put us at ease assuring us he would take care of the problem. We would recommend this company to anyone who encounters this bed bug epidemic. I do my research and after contacting multiple companies Snap Pest Control was the only that I felt comfortable trusting to solve our problem in a timely manner and ensuring the job was done right.

We had a significant problem with mice in our three-storey rental house which we couldn't resolve. We hired Snap and the problem quickly disappeared. I was most impressed with Snap, especially Joe. He quickly came to our help. He took the time to answer all my questions and meticulously set up each apartment so that our mouse problem was solved. Additionally, he went around the house with me tagging along to ensure that all access points for mice were sealed. Because of the care he took with his work, his willingness and patience to answer all my questions, I heartily recommend Snap, especially Joe.

I was fighting a losing battle against the mice using mousetraps and hardware store poison - so it was time to call for help. I used Home Stars as a reference and called Snap Pest Control. Joe Bruno arrived exactly on time on very short notice. He inspected the outside of the house and found an old dryer vent which was allowing mice to enter the house at will. Joe screened off the opening and a few other potential entry points as well. We inspected the inside of the house and found several holes and gaps in the wall which the mice were using to travel throughout the house. The holes were filled and Joe placed bait in several locations. What I liked about his approach was that he spent the time to determine the "root cause" of the problem and then devised a plan of attack. There was a hole in the floor that looked like the main entry point to the kitchen. This was plugged and baited. I was very pleased that Joe spent the time required too fully identify the problem areas and deal with them. His estimate on the phone was that a typical visit would take 1 to 2 hours. Joe spent nearly 4 hours to get the job done without increasing the charge, which was very reasonable. Joe provided friendly and conscientious service. I would definitely recommend him.

I do not often write reviews for services rendered, as it is not always true you that you get what you pay for. You certainly pay for what you get with pest control services. If it is never a pleasure to acknowledge that you have rodents in your house, it's nonetheless a relief to know there are knowledgeable, but most importantly, efficient, effective and reasonable people such as SNAP. We had a severe mouse problem at the house last year, and after calling a number of indifferent pest control services that gave us vague promises and high prices, by chance we found SNAP. We called and got someone who not only appeared knowledgeable, but was also courteous, a matter-of-fact, and gave us a price for very specific services, itemizing what we would have to pay, after having given us a sense of what problem might have, as we actually thought that we had squirrels and mice. Even before knocking at the door, he had already gone around the house, identifying where the likely places of entry were, and reassuring and explaining to us why. After a thorough review of the house-- the basement, under the porch, and behind and under the usual suspects (e.g. stove, fridge base boards, etc.)-- that we indeed did have a mouse infestation, and where the source of the problem was. He patiently, without any BS, gave us the low down and set to work, discretely putting bait down, while plugging holes of entry and exit with sharp wire wool. For a full year we did not see or hear a mouse until a few days ago, when late fall has pushed mice to again find a warm environment. Our man came back, and solved the issue, pointing out a small hole where the electrical and cable wires had been chewed open. He plugged the hole with wire wool, put down some more rodent bait, and did his work with like previous customary politeness and efficiency . You might never be able to permanently o ensure that you get rid of mice; you can, however, know where to go when you do have them, and that is SNAP.

I called Joe after meeting him in a chemical supply office after having hired and fired a big name pest control company. I needed an exterminator who would get the job done and fast. Joe did a thorough examination of my situation and went where the others would not to address my problem. He baited and eliminated my pest problem and helped us proof the area for future protection. Joe and his crew were always very professional and willing to answer any questions or concerns I had. I would use Snap Pest Control again in a heartbeat and would highly recommend them to others.

Joe was great...he treated a 2800 lb log bench in my living room. He explained everything to me. Took great care to wrap it up and called to check that it worked. He's helped me with mice and ants as well. Always been very punctual and professional. I would highly recommend him. Matt
