    New flat roof

    A friend recommended fixer on The Roof to us, and we’re thrilled we took his advice. After assessing our roof, they provided us with a quote that was extremely detailed and competitive. Our closing date got moved by a few weeks and so we had to revise our start date, but Fixer on The Roof was extremely accommodating despite it being the busy renovation season. When they finally started on our roof there was some significant damage that no one could have foreseen. Fixer on The Roof walked us through our options and the revised pricing in great detail. As first time home owners who had purchased a century old row house in downtown Toronto with a flat roof we were thankful we were dealing with a company who had significant experience with these types of roofs. The roofers who did our roof were professional, cordial and efficient. Once our roof was complete we were provided with before and after pictures for our files.

    Flat Roof and Eavestrough

    Trish and Linda who run Fixer on the Roof were great at providing me with a timely, detailed quote and at getting Luc and his crew working in a timely manner. I understood exactly what would be done. Communication was excellent, especially compared to the other roofing companies that I contacted. I had a new flat roof installed which including ripping up several layers of old roof (which was supposed to have been ripped up by a previous roofer) and then new eavestrough. I now have the photos to prove that the roof was pulled up to the rafters. They dealt with the problems being caused by my neighbour's incomplete eavestrough pouring water onto my roof. They also handled my other neighbour's craziness with grace. The only downside was having to contact the company a couple of times to get a garden gate that was damaged in the process fixed. But, it was fixed, along with a slight leak from one section of the eavestrough that wasn't apparent during drought weather so I was very pleased to have that follow up work done even after they'd cashed my cheque. That's not always the case with contractors! I will use Fixer on the Roof again - perhaps siding next year.

    Fixed my ceiling leak

    I noticed a leak in my bathroom ceiling after a storm. My neighbor suggested I call Fixer on the Roof. Their workers arrived on time, clearly explained the problem to me, and completed the job quickly. The company was very courteous and professional. Despite heavy rainfall since then, we'd had no leaks. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

    Roofing, roof repair

    As new homeowners my wife and I knew very little as to what conditions we needed to look for in a home. After months of searching for months we found the home that we knew we had been looking for it and decided to buy it. After purchasing the home we discovered that the roof was extremely old and needed replacing. We call roofer after roofer and to our surprise all of them were extremely expensive or would try to add repairs that the last roofer had not noticed or mentioned. Along with the roof being a constant reminder of an issue that our roof was in a horrible state so we continued to try and search for a roofer that could be trustworthy. Our search came to an end when a co-worker mentioned a company by the name of Fixer on the roof. He quickly explained that they were a no gimmick company that I could trust without a worry of being robbed out of thousands. I quickly called Fixer on the roof and was presented with what I thought was the best customer service that I had seen out of all the recent roofers I had contacted. They understood my frustrations and my urgency to repair my roof without a hassle. They took care of having a repair crew to meet me at my home at a time that was convenient to me. The crew quickly got up on their ladders and looked at every inch of the roof and came with an estimate that beat all the rest and the time it would take blew all the other roofers out of the water. All in all the repair crew were professional and completed the work way before what I had originally been expecting and I was not overcharged like the other roofers were trying to do. My bonus was the prices which I felt like I was robbing from Fixer on the roof for such unheard of prices. Thank you Fixer on the roof, you have saved me from a major headache.

    resurface flat roof

    Our flat roof wasn't leaking, but the flashing was buckling, indicating a problem. Fixer on the Roof came to remove the old surface and re-do the roof. We discovered moldy and soggy plywood underneath the surface and poor insulation. With the help of Fixer on the Roof, we now have a secure, waterproof, well-insulated flat roof with no danger of leaking. Hopefully our heating and cooling bills will also be reduced as a result of the improved insulation. Whenever speaking to Trish or Linda by phone to make arrangements, they were always cheerful and extremely helpful. Luc and his team were very accommodating and professional. They paid much attention to detail and helped us to find other tradesmen as needed e.g. an experienced professional to insulate the roof. They came as promised and clearly took pride in the job they did, which was completed in a timely fashion. We would not hesitate to recommend Fixer on the Roof to our friends.

    Roof inspection and repair.

    I called with an urgent request as our neighbour's party guests had trespassed onto our property and jumped up and down on our roof. Luc came to my home on the Tuesday to inspect our roof for damages and Thursday afternoon the repairs were done. Linda was helfpul in coordinating the logistics of the repair. I would definately recommend Fixer on the Roof!

    Multiple Roofs, Skylights, Eaves & Fascia

    Luc and his crew did an amazing job as my 1926 roof presented it's challenges. Trish and Linda were very helpful with all of the details I would highly recommend Fixer on the Roof for workmanship and quality all done at a very reasonable price.

    Roof

    Fixer on the Roof was prompt to respond, a good price point, and very courteous service. I felt that they were truthful, and the service was excellent all round. I would highly recommend them.

    Water leak repair

    The builder of our 3 year old house left a major gap in the siding and water subsequently came into the upstairs bedroom and soaked through to the kitchen ceiling when it rained. It took a couple of years before the water damage became evident in the house. We called Fixer on the Roof based on a recommendation from a neighbour and they came promptly to check out the situation. They took before and after photos and videos so we could let the builder know what had happened. They were professional and excellent to deal with! They diagnosed the problem and fixed it in an extremely timely manner. We are extremely happy with their work and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing roofing repairs!

    Roof repair

    Fixer on the Roof did as they promised. They inspected the roof and the photographed the missing shingles to show us the damage, made the repairs quickly and then photographed the repaired roof to show us what they had done. The service rep. was polite and helpful and did his job efficiently. The estimated cost was close to the final cost. All in all, we are happy with Fixer on the Roof.
