    roof repair

    After the big windstorm a few weekends ago, part of our roof's ridge ventilation came down, as well as some shingles (though we later found out those are the neighbour's). We didn't know how extensive the damage was and as fairly new home owners, we were hoping to not have to pay an arm and a leg. I called a few places for quotes but decided to go with Fixer on the Roof on after checking out their great website. An appointment was set up for the next afternoon and Victor came over the next day, earlier than expected. Originally it was just an assessment, but since the damage was not too bad, he and his worker fixed it on the spot. They were quick and efficient and easy to deal with. My only complaint is that they left too soon for me to thank them and get the details about what they did. But Trish followed up with an informative and friendly email and even matched a competitor's price. I would call them again if needed and recommend them to others.

    repair to parapet flashing that was torn up by wind

    I was very pleased with the quality of service rendered. I phoned mid-afternoon, my call was immediately answered by a real, smart person who understood the problem, and got back to me quickly with a time for the crew to come by. Happily, that time was later the same afternoon. The repair required correction of original installation errors and would have turned into a mess but for the skill of the fellows doing the work. All in all, it was a pleasure to deal with Fixer on The Roof. They'll be my first call next time I need roof work done.

    Emergency Roof Repair

    Integrity, Empathy, Professionalism, Workmanship; these are all words I would use when describing my experience with Fixer on The Roof. With the horrific windstorm we had during the early hours of Saturday morning, and watching my roof tiles flying around, I thought I was definetely going to get dinged on the emergency repair I would need. I called several companies, and received a call back from Trish at Fixer on the Roof within the hour (other companies took a day or two to return my call, if at all). Trish told me what it cost and scheduled an appointment for Victor to come that very afternoon to tarp the exposed area and give me an estimate of what the repair would cost. I was extremely happy to see the completed job Monday morning. The tile colour was matched perfectly and I could not even tell where the new tiles were laid. Thank you to the crew of Fixer on the Roof for a great job repairing my roof and for treating me fairly. I strongly recommend this company.

    new wood, membrane and flashing around the parpapet on our flat roof

    We had a leak behind our bedroom wall coming from somewhere....Fixer on the Roof sent Victor promptly to have a look for the problem and give us a quote. Victor spotted the problem, took pictures, and showed us how the flat roof membrane was watertight but the parapet had not been properly membraned, sealed and flashed. We were impressed with his and the company's punctuality, communication, courtesy and friendliness, long days, hard work and pride of workmanship. We would recommend them in a flash to neighbours and friends. Thank you.

    Skylight repair

    Arthur, Nick and Christopher were very polite and friendly. They completed a quality job, took before and after pictures and cleaned up after the job was done. When the weather wouldn't cooperate, the guys came and put a tarp on the roof so we wouldn't have any further damage inside the house. Trish and Jean in the office were a pleasure to deal with.

    Replaced a flat roof under a terrace.

    Attention to quality is their number one concern. They took a very thoughtful and thorough approach to making sure that my leaky terrace would leak no more. They always did what they said they would do. Prompt. Reliable. Great communicators. Always underpromised and over delivered. The workmanship was top drawer and the work area was left cleaner than it was before they arrived. The men were very considerate of our personal time and space. Honest, good guys that I would repeat business with in a heartbeat.

    Flat roof on rear addition

    Amazing experience. The guys were on time and on budget. We had a major leak in the room below where they were working, I called Trish and she came over immediately with Arthur. My contractor came as well. Luckily it wasn't the roof! But the fact that they showed up, ready to take the blame and fix the problem was incredible. We will need to get the main roof done next year, I will definitely use this company. Very positive experience. Thanks guys!!

    Repairing leak around a Picture window

    We have had a leak from a light fixture in our basement coming from a large picture window on the main floor. Two other semi-professional people re-caulked the window but it still leaked when it rained. This past two weeks, with so much rain, the problem was getting worse. We checked and found FIXERONTHEROOF - looked at their site and read the reviews and policies and liked what we saw. Dealing with them has been a pleasure. The window had been fixed as per their quote and also on time. Even as I write, it's pouring outside and the ceiling fixture in the basement is DRY. So, am I happy with this Company?     Fixing leaky roof

    Quick to arrange a quote and an appointment. Very professional, personable and friendly staff. Frequent and clear communication from beginning to end of the job. They even provided me with before and after pictures so I knew exactly what they did.

    Roof Repair

    Very impressed by Fixer on The Roof. They did a great job fixing three areas of damage to my roof and provided exceptional client service. They were extremely professional from the initial telephone call to completion of the job. Arthur and his crew were friendly and efficient. Arthur took his time explaining the issues with the roof and how he intended to repair them. He took "before" and "after" pictures to show me (he offered), so I could understand what was going on. Fixer on the Roof also was able to fit my job into a very busy schedule during a very busy time of year on short notice. I would definitely recommend this company for your roof repair needs.
