    Furnace, AC, & Humidifier Installation

    We wanted to express how pleased we are with the whole experience dealing with you and Furnace King. You set our expectations pretty high when we first met you and your team certainly delivered. I also wanted to make sure you acknowledged what a terrific job Mike and John did with the installation. It's the small details that we observed while watching them work that really stood out - everything from ensuring that all the work was appealing to the eye to picking up a cut tie wrap right away when it fell to the floor. You also convinced us when we talked to convert my electronic air cleaner to use the regular filters mentioning that it's the particles of dust that float around and can be seen in the sunlight that need to be removed to ensure clean healthy air. The very next day we were pleasantly surprised when we looked hard and were not able to see any. Once again it's the in the details that make all the difference to us. The system is working perfectly and we see a big difference in the quality of cooling now. I'm sure Furnace King will look after us in the years to come to ensure our heating and cooling needs are always working efficiently and effectively. Once again, thank you.

    Furnace Installation

    It was my pleasure to work with you and your company Furnace King for upgrading the furnace for my house. I contacted you after getting pretty good feedback from Home Depot about you. After your first visit I have almost decided to go with you because of the following reasons 1- You have arrived on time (by the seconds) for the first appointment and that told me how seriously you take the business and customer satisfaction 2- The way you have explained me about the HVAC systems and different types of furnaces and their pros and cons. 3- The confidence with which you were backing your services and products. Even with that I have decide to shop around but at the end I found that you have offered me the best deal for the comparable furnace type. I was really astonished the way you have agreed to increase the labor warranty to 5 years, again showing confidence with which you backed up your services. Thank you for that. I also appreciate the free onetime air conditioning service that you have offered for the upcoming summer. Regarding the installation, I found the installation to be great and installers have cleaned everything before leaving the premises. I have seen noticeable difference in home climate after the upgrade and there are no cold patches in the house anymore. Overall, I like the service provided by you and Furnace King to be outstanding and I will certainly recommend you to other people and certainly come back to you again for the upgrade of air conditioning unit in near future.     Air Conditioner Install

    We would like to thank you for the excellent customer service you provided. You were knowledgeable about your products and made us feel at ease with our decision. We were particularly impressed with the fact that you were not "pushy" and appreciate that you left the room to allow us to discuss and make our decision. The installers were fantastic. Very courteous, knowledgable and went out of their way to make us happy.     Furnace Installation

    We want to take this time to thank Furnace King for our new home comfort. We didn't realize how bad our old furnace(1977) was. Its only been a few days but already I notice the difference in the comfort level in the house. The new furnace and humidifier has made a great difference. As we were investigating companies to contact for our new furnace I read a lot of online recommendations. Furnace King came out on top. The feedback we saw was always so positive. When the installers came I was not surprised with the care they gave us as I was already expecting it. Everything I read proved to be true. I am very impressed with Furnace King and will highly recommend you to anyone looking to replace their old system. We replaced furnace, humidifier and air conditioner. We will need to wait a few months to check on the air conditioner but I am positive we will have no problems. I want to thank your installers for the wonderful job they did and for all the explanations they provided us with. They were both super friendly and willing to answer all our questions. Thank you again and if you ever need a reference please call us. We will be more than happy to give you one.

    Furnace Installation

    My wife and I are extremely happy with our new Trane Furnace. The constant warmth while unable to detect when the furnace is running was a bonus. The variable speed motor is a god send. The way the warm air greets you. The fan slowly increases the air flow. Same thing when the the desired temp is reached the motor slowly winds down to end the cycle to an even flow of warm air. Your help with the choice of furnaces is appreciated. The installers that come to my home where extremely pleasant, professional and courteous to my questions during the install. They kept there work place neat and tidy while at the same time had all the flooring from the front door to their work area covered with their red carpet.

    Tankless Water Heater

    We are so glad that we got in with you again and are very happy with your company’s services. Adrien and I are very happy with the tankless water heater, the installers Mike & John were very nice and did an excellent job of installing the water heater. Mike was also very helpful in explaining everything and made sure that both Adrien and I understood. I would not hesitate to refer you and Furnace King to anyone. Thanks again.

    Furnace Amana

    We wanted to replace our old low efficiency furnace and we decided to consider FurnaceKing promo offer. We contacted the company and booked appointment with Sandip to discuss our options. Sandip did more than excellent job with presentation and he gave detail answers to all our questions. After reasonable price offer we decided to buy high efficiency two stage variable speed Amana, plus Las Vegas trip for two. Warranties and after sale service ( 24 hrs emergency service, "your peace of mind guarantee", and "500$ no frustration guarantee" ) exceeded our expectations. Couple days later on Mike have installed new furnace in less than 5 hours, removed and disposed old furnace with outstanding clean up job. New furnace is very quiet and we have seen immediately more even heat distribution. Thank you Sandip and Mike. We are very satisfied with FurnaceKing, AC and tankless water heater are our next purchase.
