    Trane Central AC

    A job well done by the Furnace King Technicians. They were very professional, not only they were doing their job properly, but also, answering all my questions and walking me through every step of the way on how the cooling system functions and integrates with the existing furnace. In one occasion, they went above and beyond to replace a sensor/motor in the furnace for the Humidifier to function. Such a great a job needs to be commended. I would like to extend my special thanks to Sandip for his diligence and for putting the effort to make it a wonderful experience for me. I wish Furnace King and the staff all the best for the future, and will safely recommend their service to friends and family. cheers, riaz.

    Furnace replacement

    Sandip did a great job for us getting our failed furnace turned around with a new one in short order. Came to the house to assess, spent time explaining options, then organized to install the new unit for the next day. Very professional and highly recommend.

    Annual Furnace & AC servicing

    I decided to change furnace companies and yesterday Brian, the technician, arrived to do the annual inspection and servicing. He was very professional and was thorough. He explained what he was doing and why. Furthermore he explained what maintainance I should be performing to help the furnace last as well as things that he will do in the future to save me money. I highly recommend Furnace King and the technician Brian!

    Furnace

    I had my furnace blown out in the middle of the night last week and had to do a immediate replacement after finding out about a crack in the heat exchanger. That's where I found a company called furnace king and requested them to help me out. Sandip came and explained the benefits and options of different furnaces available and was great to help us with choosing the right furnace product for our home. The important part was that the furnace was professionally installed the same day at a very short notice by the company without the need of paying a premium. We are really happy with the service and sales rendered by Furnace King and happy to recommend the services to our friends and family.

    Furnace

    I had a great experience working with Sandip from Furnace King. My old furnace gave up on a cold night in the past week and I had minimal time to get a new one installed. I was explained all options in detail and suggested the one that best suited my needs. The installation was completed in a very professional way the same day and had my new furnace running by late evening. It has been a remarkable experience dealing with furnace king for the trust, service and responsiveness that they have to offer. I would not hold back in recommending the services to anyone who is looking for one,

    Air Condition/ Humidifier

    Sandip from Furnace King visited us to understand our Humidifier and Air Conditioner needs. He took time to go over different models in the market and helped us understanding which may best suited for our needs; not to mention, as we are the first time home buyer, he drew pictures how the AC system will work and explained the legendary service they offer. We really liked how they respond to services and how fast to repond our query. Let me put it this - They have my best interest in their hurt. So, I will highly recommend them to my friends and family.

    New Furnace

    We had our furnace replaced recently and are very satisfied with the performance, quality and service. Sandip was very professional in explaining all the options we had to choose from and all the government rebates we were entitled to. We saved alot of money and also received a free Caribbean cruise from Miami. The installers were also kind and courteous. I would highly recommend Furnace King. Danny

    Tankless Water Heater

    Recently had a tankless water heater installed. Looked at several companies, but after very informative conversations with both Anthony and Sandip w.r.t. the unit quality and care of installation I decided to go with Furnace King. Not only were they very price competitive, but as promised the installation was extremely professional. The installers were very kind and they went out of their way to ensure the installation was placed in the preferred location. Thanks Furnace King! I will be a repeat customer.

    Installation of new furnace

    I called Furnace King on December 31st 2012, to discuss the possibility of replacing my existing furnace. Sandip came out to my home on New Years morning around noon and the new furnace was installed and operational around noon on the 2nd of January, 2013. Now that is what I call first class service! Both my son and I appreciated the time and diligence taken by Sandip to explain the operations of a furnace and air-conditioning system and then zooming into the requirements of our home. What I loved about the presentation was the fact that I was provided a number of choices to choose from. The installation crew also did a super and very professional job. Many thanks to Brian and his crew. Brian did a good job explaining what he did and what we should do going forward. If anyone needs to get their furnace and/or air conditioning system replaced, I strongly recommend Furnace King. Going forward I have peace of mind knowing that I have a professional company with very professional people to back me up when needed. Thank you very much and I wish you all a wonderful New Year.     Furnace, Ac, Humidifier Installation

    I am very impressed with the professionalism your staff embody. As an engineer, I did go through the exercise of comparing what Furnace King was offering relative to everyone else. You guys won hands down! The warranty and product quality you guys are offering is plainly superior to anything others are offering. I cancelled all the appointments after listening to Sandip, Home Comfort Advisor, and to this day, do not have a single regret. I have a very comfortable temperature at all times, instead of experiencing highs and lows of my previous furnace. The air quality has definitely improved-much lighter and fresher. The installation was outstanding, as the workers arrived on TIME and set up the red carpet, which was a first for me as i have never seen any other installer do this kind of thing. I lived in this home for over 25 years and have had lot of service professionals doing work at our home, but I must say, the staff at Furnace King is one of a kind, they were all very professional. We have already recommended your company to our friends and neighbors, and wish you continued success in future. A BIG THANK YOU to all at Furnace King. Sanchez, Etobicoke
