Ryley was my plumber who was very professional and answered all my questions. He is very methodical in his thinking and the job at hand was done very efficiently. I would recommend Ryley and would certainly ask for him if I have future problems. Thanks Ryley. Debra

One hour of work on a week day to unplug a drain and sink. Charged $449 plus tax $507. Outrageous. I asked if they charge $450 an hour, their response was it goes by the complexity of the job. Come on, snaking a drain to remove toilet paper buildup is a complex job.

I reached out to Johns The Plumber in a bind and got an apt the next day! Ryley was extremely helpful ... explained things thoroughly and was honest that the removal of the sink was easier than originally thought....so the actual cost came out lower than he quoted.I need a Plumber to come back and connect the new sink and will be calling them again....and requesting Ryley .His friendliness and prompt work was much appreciated.

I have had two interactions with this company over the last 7 years. In both cases - from the call to the company to the work done by their staff - I was extremely impressed. The plumbers who arrived at my home were polite, professional and willing to answer any questions I had. It should also be mentioned that the plumber was on site within 90 minutes of me placing the most recent call, which also impressed me. The work was done quickly and expertly. The cost was stated before the work began and the stated cost was the price charged for services rendered. I believe it is a sign of the quality of their work that when my recent need for a plumber became apparent (broken sink pipe), I instantly remembered the name of the company I had hired seven years ago and gave them a call.

We called this place to ask if they could check something out in our basement as there had been a bad smell the night before. We resolved the smell ourselves that evening, when they said they didn't have anyone who could be dispatched that evening. They said they had an opening the next morning at 11am, so we scheduled it, even though we had resolved the issue - just to see if they could find the reason it happened. They came for 20-30 minutes MAX the next day. Then, he charged us... $250+TAX!!! $283.50!!! Are you kidding me!? He said he didn't do anything and didn't think he should have to charge us that but that "his hands were tied" and his boss said he had to. $283.50 FOR A 30 OR LESS MINUTE VISIT?!?! THIS IS UNREASONABLE! They also, DID NOT find the source of why it had happened. He said there's a problem here and there, but none of those could cause the problem. Goodbye. I am appalled! I called the office and I asked how much a visit is supposed to be and the call agent told me $40, so I want to know what the heck this outrageous charge is for and be refunded! **Update: After much back and forth my bill was completely refunded. Everyone pointed the finger at each other. I don't know who was being dishonest but it was altogether a very upsetting experience.

David did a very good job. He is very friendly and efficient at his work. So understanding and considerate. Someone to trust for quality service at all times. I highly recommend his service.

I had a number of small repairs that needed doing. David was polite, efficient and explained things well. I would certainly use John the Plumber again for my plumbing needs ... Steve

John the Plumber sent David and his assistant to replace an outdoor faucet. They arrived when they said they would and did the job quickly and efficiently. They have also given me peace of mind by adding a new ball style main shut-off valve. I would recommend them highly. Not only did David do a good job, he was funny too.

The receptionist who took my call was very courteous and helpful. My appointment was scheduled for the next day and the workers came exactly at 8:00 a.m. David was friendly and knowledgeable and the work was done efficiently. The job was completed in just over an hour!
