Absolutely the best! On Friday of Thanksgiving weekend I had stubborn blocked sink that led to scoping the main as my house is 60+ years old. Enter Michael - professional with high standards of service and care. Michael scoped the main to find a bulge and break needing immediate attention.
We discussed in full the options and costs while Denis snaked the kitchen sink drain. We settled on replacing the main, roughing in a basement bathroom, re-plumbing recent contractor work originally done wrong and rerouting the dishwasher hose also originally done wrong (AND fixed a rocking toilet on day two).
I had to travel the following week so we had to put it all off. He collected no fees for the scope and snake work on my promise to call him back to schedule replacing the main. Three weeks later I finally set a date for the job.
Michael, Johnathon, backhoe and cement cutters arrived promptly first thing. While the destruction was large, as expected, everyone worked until well past 9 pm to ensure we had water overnight - thanks Denis! Concrete was removed and old pipes (and roots) were disposed of.
The entire job took three days with a little touch up on the fourth - looks like nothing ever happened! Jonathon showed me everything that was done and how it worked. Michael reviewed all the details but noticed some cement dust on my living room floors. He kindly sent help to move furniture and carpets so we could clean it up - outstanding!
