We are quite pleased with the entire process from the visit to the Newmarket sales office through to the final install. We were quite pleased with the service we received while shopping for the doors. The installation was seamless. The installers were very professional, answered all my questions, showed me all the door features, and cleaned up after the job. I would not hesitate to recommend Northern Comfort to anyone. Joe

The windows arrived quickly and they turned out to be fantastic and the men who came to install them were just as great. I am very satisfied with everything that Northern Comfort provided.

Northern comfort installed all the windows on my main floor bungalow when I moved in 6 years ago. The job was wonderful, the crew pleasant did an excellent job, cleaned up no complaints. I did not hesitate to call them when I wanted 3 entry doors installed. This time was a different story. The doors are great. The crew not. One of the crew smoked right at the open doorway. I could smell it in the house. There was garbage left ( some insulation, bits of wood,a very large brass screw in the garage, a box from one of the lock sets and a cig butt in the garage and by the back step), when installing the front door they chipped my closet door and frame, the worst however, was the dried blood that was left all over the outside garage handle. I did call and complain and was offered an apology and told the crew would be spoken to. I did stress that it seemed to be one member although the other 2 did smoke in the driveway. I'm honestly not sure if I will use them again. I would have thought a discount would have been in order. None was offered. based on this job I cannot recommend them.

The 2 guy crew was great. Friendly, clean and quiet. Installed 3 windows and a big sliding door. The only thing missing were a few plastic plugs which he said he would have mailed out to us which we have yet to receive (almost a month later) ...... That'd be my only complaint

The product is excellent. The installation was highly professional. The installers were personable yet unobtrusive. All our belongings were carefully protected and every day everything was cleaned up . We are return customers and highly recommend this company to anyone who asks.

I recently moved to a bungalow requiring complete renovation. I had no hesitation in selecting the best window replacement company, Northern Comfort . They had previously installed windows in my previous home with which we were completely satisfied and I was not disappointed again. The custom windows are amazing and admired by everyone who visits. The team of sales and installation representatives are so friendly and helpful. Another excellent job and strongly recommended to everyone.

We where really happy for the second time having work done from Northern Comfort. Rick is always fun to deal with and knows his stuff. The installation crew of David Sheppard and his crew are amazing and we will always request them to do our work. WELL DONE THANKS THE LAIDLAWS .

Cheap windows sold at premium prices. Customer service was lousy. Unprofessional. No longer a family run business. Seems like the last penny was more important than quality and the customer.

In doing a bathroom renovation, we required a new window installed where there had never been a window. Northern Comforts went out of their way to accommodate our contractor by installing the window in two stages. The first stage was to install the support and framing to allow our contractor to proceed with the drywall and tiling one month before the window installation date. We have always had great service with Northern Comforts with all the windows they have installed in our home but in this instance they went above and beyond. We would and have recommended them.
