Products were installed on time, excellent quality, excellent workmanship and professional advice. Planning to have Northern install new windows at a later date.

From start to finish, absolutely amazing. The sales call was informative and I didn't feel pressured at all. The installation team was professional and courteous. I definitely would recommend this company to anyone!

Well JP, Rob and Carmen were the greatest. They were professional and knowledgeable. I'm so impressed with how amazing the windows look. I love my house again. Everyone at Northern should be proud of the place they work. Amazing from start to finish. The install crew were respectful and show that they enjoy the work they do. Very impressed with salesman Chris Hillier. He gave very good suggestions for windows and doors. Work to be done was started earlier than scheduled which was good for us. Installers J.P. And Carmen were very professional and expert. At the end of the day the clean up was well done. We highly recommend Northern Comfort.

Ordered new patio door and they installed it as agreed. The installers did a excellent job they were courteous neat and clean and left the site as they found it . We were very pleased

I am editing my review to reflect that I was contacted Northern comfort this morning and a few hours later Lou came to our house to assess the issues with the two windows and the door. He was very good. He went through all of it with me and promised that it would all be straightened up ASAP and even offered to clean my garden right then and there. I previously had a very good experience with Northern Comfort, as did every one I've referred, and I was very impressed with the speed in which they tried to help me.

We had Northern Comfort Windows install 4 windows in our Kitchen. Two were casement windows. We had a few minor issues but the company worked with us to resolve them to our satisfaction. I would recommend that you use Northern Comfort. They will stand behind their work.

It took 5 visits from Northern Comfort windows personnel to replace a pane of glass and today the window is leaking-less than 1 year from installation. 1st they sent a salesman to measure and quote. He told me nothing about the style of windows nor did he offer any choice. Then they sent their measurement specialist. They both got the size of glass replacement wrong but the installer decided to install it anyways. Then came a customer service rep twice who finally installed the window and today it is leaking. The Sales Manager has a background in furniture and knows nothing about the window and door industry. He sold me a canopy we later found out was obsolete. His customer service skills are pathetic. He should really sell used cars. Their prices seemed to have increased 150% over last year and I have had 5 window quotes from them without seeing a sample of the choice and quality.

I would recommend Northern Comfort windows. They installed 4 casement windows in our kitchen in our house. There were some initial issues with the installation and the shutters that were on the old windows, but Northern Comfort worked with us to resolve the issues and we are happy with the final result. They stand by their work.

Northern Comfort replaced all the windows in our home and one door. We have a century home so it can be a bit of a challenge to find a straight wall. The windows all look fantastic as well as the new door. We were happy with our sales person Barry and exceptionally happy with the installers, Steve and Borin. They kept the house spotless as they worked and trimmed up the windows inside and out, making them look show room ready. We were concerned about one window where we have the original stained glass above. Several other companies told us the chances of the stained glass breaking during the installation of the lower window would be high. But it seemed to go seamlessly and we now have a window that opens and the original stained glass above it! I would recommend Northern Comfort to anyone. Everything from start to finish was great and Paulette in the office was wonderful and responded to all of our questions right away.
