Family members have used Northern Comfort in the past and they were always competitive with pricing and very courteous from beginning to end. When it was time to replace most windows and sills in our home we did price out other local companies but preferred the way the quote was provided and were very pleased with the installers. They sub-contracted the sills and the gentlemen were very friendly as well and cleaned up well after the job was done. I highly recommend Northern Comfort and recommend them to anyone looking for new windows/doors.

I heard about northern comfort windows and doors LTD from listening to 88.5 radio FM and we went ahead and ordered our new windows with this company. we have to date replaced our entire house with northern comfort windows and doors LTD and our home looks beautiful. We were very impressed with our installers Andrew Havlis and his partner Scott. They were very professional, courteous, paid attention to detail and kept our home clean during the process of the installation which was much appreciated.

Mr Lalonde is very professional to recommend what is right for the replacement instead of recommending the most expensive windows. He also recommended another company to replace the half-moon window which Northern Comfort does not handle. That company and the installer is also very professional.

Northern Comfort Windows & Doors provided and installed 20 new windows for our home. The order was filled and delivered on time. The installation was on time and very impressive. Andrew Havlis, Crew Leader and Scott attended to conduct the installation. They were courteous, polite and paid attention to every detail. Andrew and Scott's workmanship was extremely quick, efficient and outstanding. They actually were concerned that I was very pleased with the project. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to family and friends.

My review is based on the products which are a 10+. However the most credit is due to the installation crew of John and Borin! Having spent many years as a contractor myself I expect nothing less than perfection. This crew was simply amazing! Clean, extremely professional and quite simply one of if not the best I have had the pleasure of watching work. Their installation was a 10+++ and I would have them back in a second! The garage door looks amazing. The salesman was extremely helpful and the workers were prompt, clean and efficient. We have had Northern Comfort do numerous projects for our home. Very satisfied with their work.

We had our front door (including two sidelights) replaced by this company in August 2016. The sales process was great, and the installation went smoothly too. The day after the door was installed, we noticed that the trim around the sidelights was coming way from the frame. We called Northern Comfort, who told us that it was a manufacturers issue. After multiple follow-ups by my husband and I, we were finally given a date for when the trim would be fixed - in mid-October 2016 (over 6 weeks from when the door was installed). While I am very happy with the door, I am not happy with how Northern Comfort did not take ownership for the issue with our door's trim and how long it took for the issue to be resolved.

Our new windows have transformed our home. The installers were so professional and courteous. They worked quickly and efficiently and left everything cleaner than when they arrived. We are beyond thrilled with our new windows.

I was pleased with the sales rep. He was very courteous and returned my calls very promptly with answers to my questions. I was a little disappointed at being told at the last minute that the triple pane I had expected was going to have to be switched to double pane on account of the weight. This had been mentioned to me from another company I had give me a quote and I brought it up early in my dealings with Northern Comfort and was assured weight was not a problem - only to find out late in the game that it was. It made me feel like the "triple-pane for the price of double pane" offer was a hoax. Nevertheless, I was very happy with the installation. The installers were very friendly and left the area very clean

Excellent Sales Service Excellent and CLEAN Installation, Andrew and crew were very professional and accommodating . They showed up on time every day and worked until they finished the work at 30+ degrees. Excellent workmanship and attitude.
