Sales person was great. First installation team was terrible. Late on arriving and didn't know how to do complete installation. Complained to Company, installation team was replaced and the second team was great. However, basement window glass order was incorrect and had to be reordered. New glass arrived and I had asked for the same great team to come and install. They sent a person who lived near by with only 3 months experience. He did a great job even though I was skeptical. In the end, no call from Company to make any apologies.

Great attention to detail and effort at all levels to make things perfect. Wonderful people to deal with from office to sales to great install team that were so pleasant, clean, professional. I felt like they treated my house like it was their own and were never rushing or short cutting. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anybody I know.

We had some concerns leading up to our installation date but our installers Andrew & Scott were great. Andrew took time to answer our questions and show us what he was doing. They were friendly, professional and took pride in their work. We are very pleased with their work and the finished product. Our house is quieter and cozy. Thank you Andrew & Scott!

Had a few issues with delivery, they called one day to advise they could not make it and will show the following Monday morning. That Monday rolled around and at around 12:00 I called to see what was happening, supposedly the truck broke down but I guess were not going to call me. Strike 2...When they did show when expected..John and Byron the installers made up for the company issues with me..They were polite professional and explained everything they were doing to me..I would have rated the company a 4 out of 10 but because the 2 installers were so good I had to at least double it INSTALLER MADE THIS PURCHASE WORTH IT Scott Kellett Aurora po# 113034

From start to finish, the whole project was very professional. From the sales rep, to the front office staff, to the installation crew, I was shown nothing but courtesy. I would (and have) recommend N Comfort to my friends and neighbours.

This was our 3rd experience with Northern Comfort Windows. This time was replacing a pane of glass in one window, and replacing a window about 9 feet off the floor. From the salesmen to the installers, they were professional, courteous, clean and kept us informed of the progress of our delivery. Highly recommend this company.

We are very pleased with our new windows from Northern Comfort Windows & Doors. The salesman Rick Styka was very knowledgeable and helpful. He had good suggestions which we appreciated. We got new concrete sills as well. The installers showed up on time and were very skilled and did an excellent job. They were respectful of our property and did a good job of cleaning up when finished. All staff including Paulette in the Barrie office were polite and helpful. The Installers were the best I have ever seen, professional, skilled, knowledgeable and courteous. They were very meticulous when installing our products, and did so with smile and conversations with us explaining the procedure. The window and sliding glass door are working fine, and we hope to use them for many years to come. I would choose Northern Comfort again for our next window projects, and would recommend their business to our friends and neighbours.

Mark the salesman did an amazing job helping us get what we wanted at a reasonable price. He found no trouble coming to an island and had great ideas. The installers were fast and went above and beyond to make things look nice. We are very pleased!

From start to finish, sales, second measuring and the final installation were all excellent experiences. We couldn't be happier with the quality of the windows and all the interactions leading up to completion. Would definitely use them again. Aldo Sciuto #113208
