This company was fantastic from beginning to the end. I love my new windows through out my home. I had a problem with the front window and they corrected it immediately. All the departments were friendly and knowledgeable. I would recommend to anyone. Thank you for all your help.

They did a wonderful job. Front door now so much brighter than the old wooden exterior door. Proper interior door, no longer a hallow bedroom door to the garage. No cold air drafts this winter, meaning less heat loss. They left the premises clean. Absolutely no complaints. Would highly recommend.

Product came on time, was installed in a very professional manner by skilled installers. My wife just loves her new window and she has placed humming bird feeders where she can now see them. I would recommend this company to anyone requiring new replacement windows. Robin Baker

This is the second time I've owned a home in Barrie and hired Northern Comfort to install new windows. Both times I was 100% satisfied with the products and how they were installed. This most recent time (Sep 2016), I purchased a condo that required a complete gut, including replacing the 8' sliding door and 8 large windows and Dave and Chris (the installers) were professional, friendly, respectful and their attention to detail was amazing. They ended up having to do it over 2 days, but I was happy that they were more interested in doing a great job than rushing it and perhaps cutting corners. I would most definitely hire Northern Comfort Windows to replace windows again and I told them so! :) It's a treat to look out every day! Would highly recommend Northern Comfort Windows and Doors, the installer Mike & Jeff were very professional. I was amazed that they were able to install 10 windows in the length of time that they were here. All nail holes and joins were filled so I just had to paint and everything was spotless when then left. Excellent work.

We live in a 21 year old home and it was time to have some windows replaced as well as our access door leading from the home into the garage. I had 2 prior quotes and both companies said all windows required replacing with costs in excess of $10,000.00. We wanted another quote and met Barry from Northern Windows at a trade show in Alliston. He came out for the appointment and advised us that a majority of the windows were still in great shape and didn't require replacing. There were some that we had no choice including the door. We appreciated his honesty and he fully explained the quality of window we would be receiving as well as door system. We felt extremely comfortable with him and signed up. When the installation date arrived the installers were on time and had everything they needed to do the job. They were extremely polite and knowledgeable in their work. They did an exceptional job in replacing the windows and door and left everything in a clean condition. We had been pricing doors for a couple of years and kept saying we were going to save up, but then we saw a display at the Wasaga Home Show this past spring and couldn't believe the great deal we were being offered. A couple of days later, the salesman came to our home and we ordered our new front doors. We also had them replace the glass in one of our windows where the seal had broken. We absolutely love our front doors and have had several compliments on them. Thank you Northern Comfort Windows & Doors, we would recommend your company in a heart beat!
