Our salesman (Greg Flowers) was excellent. Our installer (Dave) was very good. We have had some small issues which required call backs. Each time the service was prompt and those doing the work were polite & efficient (Lou& Others). We are now awaiting new outside trim for the door which needs replacing and is being looked after by Bruno. Our PO# is 12268 Paul & Goldie Smith

We were concerned about installing a new sliding door off the dinning room at our summer home because of the age (100 plus years). Having Northern Comfort install it put our minds at ease. It was worth waiting for them as the installers knew exactly what to do. They were fast and kept everything neat and tidy as they found it. old patio doors were taken away and the new one looks fantastic. Great job and great installers!!!!

We had checked around our area for people who had windows done and someone recommended Northern Comfort Windows. We saw their sale in the local flyer and contacted them. Promptly had a salesperson, Barry, come out and explain everything to us and gave us a good quote. We opted for Tilt and Slide so I could clean the outside windows inside as climbing on ladders is not good for seniors. Windows arrived on time and Matthew and Mitch installed them. We were so pleased as they cleaned up after themselves. We noticed a difference in the windows already as it used to be quite hot upstairs but not now. Love the windows and will be getting more in new year. Thanks folks highly recommend you. Irma

We had all of our windows installed in our house. The majority of them were in 2015 (huge job as two of the windows were 2-storey) and the remainder two were this year 2016. We are very pleased with the windows. Ernie and his crew last year were wonderful. The crew this year was excellent as well as, but I didn't get their names. I would recommend this company to anybody.

Started our Window Replacement journey a couple of months ago by googling companies who had done work in our area. We spoke to a few homeowners and based on their experiences, chose Northern Comfort. Best decision! From Salesman Mark Linnemoller, who guided us through the process and sharing his knowledge and advice in a professional and friendly manner, to the amazing crew who performed the work, all went seamlessly. Product was excellent quality and installation had no problems or "surprises". We will be working with Mark again and hopefully will have the same wonderful crew! Great price, excellent quality, knowledgeable people.

Rick S. came to our home and in a very professional manner, talked to us about choices in patio doors, after which he took some initial measurements. The company called shortly thereafter and a very competent fellow came and did specific measurements. The installers were pleasant, competent and did a great job. They cleaned up afterwards and we were left to enjoy the new great doors! I would recommend Northern Comfort to our friends, and as a matter of fact, have done so already.

We had 2/sliding doors and 2/stationary windows replaced by Northern comfort. The installers were Great... clean, courteous and quick. The job was completed in one day. We did have some issues with the sales rep with our quote. Had to get the manager involved. We were also told it would be 6-8 weeks delivery but they'd put a rush on our order and instead it took almost 9 weeks?? So not sure where the "rush" service was applied? overall we are happy with the product and the installation... not to happy with the sales aspect of this experience.

Had 5 windows and a door replaced. Sales associate was pleasant to deal with. Install crew were courteous, efficient and very professional. Kyle and Tom completed it in 1 day.. a 12 hr day.

I went to Northern Comfort's showroom in Newmarket where the sales person Dennis Crane was very helpful. He showed me various options in style, colour and function. They have a good selection available to view. The installers were courteous, explained how the windows worked and left a clean work site when they were finished.
