After visiting the show room in Newmarket, Rick Styka came to my house, gave me a quote and I ordered my front door replacement. The door looks great, the installation was very professional, clean and fast. I will definitely recommend the company

the sales rep was very nice and knew his product. the installer did a great job, explained everything to us and we are very happy with the door. the installer was on time and identified the scratch on the door and said someone would be able to fix it. It has not been fixed yet but they are looking into the problem at the office. I fully expect they will honour their promise to deal with it in a prompt fashion

We have been replacing our windows for the past couple of years. The service has been exceptional from the sales person (Barry Wood) to the install crew. They have always been professional and extremely knowledgeable in their products. We recently replaced our front door and patio door. I would give them a 5 star plus rating!! The best ever.

We replaced many of our windows in the spring of 2015 and then a couple more in fall of 2015 completing the main level and upstairs. We expected significant heat savings over the winter and were quite pleased with lower bills; but the surprise was in the summer months (and the reason for a second review) where the window tint did an amazing job keeping out the heat, more savings on A/C all summer!!! Same great service both times from office staff to the installer team and from Mark Linnemoller our sales rep. While Mark came to us via personal friend and officially works out of the Newmarket office, he provided great service to us up here in Barrie! Thx all!

THIS IS THE FIRST TIME TO CHANGE THE GARDEN DOOR TO PATIO DOOR. GOOD SERVICE AND HAVE A NICE EXPERIENCE ! I WILL RECOMMEND NORTHERN COMFORT TO MY FRIENDS & NEIGHBORS.

Excellent friendly service. The 2 young men were thorough, prompt, & efficient with taking out my old window & replacing my new one. they cleaned up the mess both inside and outside when the window was installed. They gave complete instructions on how my new window works and how to clean it.

Superior product with and excellent team of installers. I look forward to using Northern Comfort to complete the rest of my windows in 2017, and will not need to look elsewhere.

My bay window was leaking terribly (from previous owner/not this window company) and Northern Comfort did a full replacement with a beautiful oak seat built on site. They also replaced a new window in the front and the patio door that has made the house look so much more modern. The patio door is nice and quiet as well. Installation went well and sales person Rick was nice and not pushy. The only downside was the wait for the windows to come in but I guess that's because they are waiting for them to come from the manufacturer. Very happy with this company and will be replacing two more windows next year! Stacey McNicholl PO #111947
