Northern Comfort was recommended to us by another customer. We had contacted others but didn't get the service that Northern offered to us. Kelly and Dan, the installers, were earlier than scheduled to set up. Job completed in less time than we had expected..installers kept everything clean while working and once completed cleaned up after. Explained fully how new windows worked. Very Satisfied and will recommend to others.

Finished the basement windows in my home. The staff was courteous and respectful right from the start. The installation team was stellar and they left my basement cleaner than I do. Felt educated and understood the process from start to finish!!!! Love the new windows!!!!!!

Darryl and Greg did an excellent job with the installation of our new windows and door. They were very efficient and kept the work area clean. Also, very polite. They demonstrated how everything worked and answered all our questions. The service from the initial visit by Peter, to the fellow that measured, to the actual installation was terrific! Great Job.

We hired Northern Comfort Windows to replace our front window. Our salesman was Rick S. He was on time and knowledgable. We delayed our installation until it was convenient for us - Northern had no problem with this. The installers called to advise us of their arrival, they covered our carpet with tarps and minimized travel in and out while doing the installation. The window is perfect, the job was very well done, and we are very happy to recommend Northern to lour friends and families.

The meticulous care they took to efficiently and expertly install all the windows and doors (including carved sills/frames) at a house in our neighbourhood sure complements the quality of the materials! Northern Comfort installation of a sliding door was above expectation. Company was very professional, clean and followed up the same day as installation to ensure everything went well and that we were satisfied. Excellent customer service.

The sales process as well as the installation were very professional. Ernie , and Philip did an amazing installation job. They showed up on time, they cleaned up , removed all the debris. Rick , the sales person was also very helpful during the sales . We are thinking seriously to expedite the replacement of the remaining windows.

Installation was professional and timely. Darryl and Greg, the installers, paid close attention to the details, you could tell they cared about doing the job right. We are both pleased with the quality of work and the friendly service we received from the time Barry came to our house for the quote, to the completion of the install. We had our Kitchen and Family room windows replaced with new vinyl casement windows. They look as nice as we expected and the product colour-match was well done. The interior finish and exterior finish looks very good. The guys who installed them were professional and did a wonderful job of demo - installing - trimming - and cleaning up.
