Darryl and Greg were very friendly and extremely professional. They covered each room with plastic to ensure all items and furniture were kept clean. They explained how everything worked clearly and made sure we were happy before they left. I would definitely use Northern Comfort again and would hope to have both Darryl and Greg complete the work!

Darryl, Greg and Jay were fabulous installers. From beginning to end of their week-long process to install 25 plus windows they couldn't have been more professional or shown more care to all the details. Darryl, Greg and Jay each were extremely polite and did a really phenomenal job in ensuring each window was installed perfectly and they took a lot of care and attention to cleaning up too. Can't say enough nice things about them! THANKS!!

The 2 installers who did our install were very professional. They arrived on time. They were very careful with the removal of the window and door . They did an excellent job and very are completely satisfied with the job they did. We will deal with Northern Comfort in the future.

Rod and Keelyn where a pleasure to have installing our windows. They were hard working, polite and friendly, they even cleared the snow for me. They were prompt both mornings and worked hard until they left at the end of the day. They were clean and tidy and did a great job installing the windows. Darryl and Greg, the installers, came to finish a job that was delayed as a result of the manufacturer sending a wrong sized window. These installers were very professional, and respectful of our home. The job was completed with minimal disruption and they left our home as clean as when they arrived. I would recommend Northern Comfort to any of my family and friends.

Northern Comfort came recommended to us and they were excellent from the original sales call to installation. They were on time and the installation was perfect even to the installation of interior trim. We have more windows to do in the future and Northern Comfort will get our business.

We had all the windows replaced in 3 apt units and some tenants had requests that the installers, Ernie & Phill worked around. The installers were quick and cleaned up the site.

Very pleased with the overall service. The service men were pleasant and cleaned up after. Very pleased with the product's we got installed. The only concern we had was after our garage door got installed, we got a call from the office. My husband called back and talked to the lady who was not sure why SHE had called. SHE said she would get right back to us(this was about 4pm). She did not. We waited the evening for her to call back and 3 weeks later. MMMMMM Not happy customers!! BUT over all, very satisfied. THANKS
