    14 Windows Replaced

    We had 14 windows replaced by JP and his team. We were prepared for a 2 day installation, but we were assured that it would be completed the same day. They were right! The whole process was worry free-starting with Ryan's visit, to the measurement, to the arrival of JP and his team. The team was on time, VERY courteous, friendly and ultra efficient. Our home was left clean both inside and out when they were finished, and every step of the install, and any questions we had were explained in detail. I was told that JP and his team were the most requested..I can see why.

    Windows

    We are very happy with our new windows. The wait for them was way too long. On the positive side... The installers were amazing. They arrived on time and started right to work. They covered all the floors to protect them. In no time they had all the windows out and the new ones in. Once finished they vacuumed and cleaned everything up. They were pleasant, friendly and informative. So thank you Andrew, Antonius and Brady for a job well done. Bob and Donna Tetlock.

    Windows

    We are very pleased with our new windows. Ryan Anderson, the sales rep, was terrific! He answered every question we had and promptly followed up with us throughout the entire process. The windows are asthetically pleasing and energy efficient (we have noticed a slight decrease in our heating bill compared to the same time last year). I highly recommend this company.

    6 Windows

    I had six windows (5 bedroom and 1 kitchen) installed by Northern Comfort. They did a great job. The installers - a father and son team - were very professional. Very happy with the finished product.

    Terrible service with nothing but excuses.

    Absolutely horrendous customer service. I personally had me waiting almost a year for an installation. Impossible to get updates or responses. Showed a couple times with the wrong window. Had to call endlessly an email endlessly to get any sort of response from customer service about rectifying the situation. Nothing but excuses and combative responses. The window that showed up eventually was still not the correct window that I ordered but I got tired I'm waiting and lost faith that I would ever get a window. Kristen & Amanda were miserable to deal with thru the whole process. I strongly advise staying away from this company, do your research about them before you order.

    Windows Install

    Started the process with Kyla who was new but very conscientious and was able to answer all our questions. After some issues sorting out the install dates, Amanda was able to get us set up. Andrew and his crew were very professional and courteous. Installed during a snow storm but managed to do a great job. Even worked with me to avoid trashing some custom work I did which included around a window which will now require very minimal work on my part to do some finishing. The company was under the gun to deliver service after Ford messed with the rebate program but I think they did the best they could to minimize customer frustration. I would recommend Northern Comfort to my friends.

    Replacement of windows and sliding glass door

    I had a great experience with the installers they did a great job in freezing cold weather. All was completed in the one day and they were earlier then they said they would be a getting here. They also left the jobsite cleaner then it was before they started.

    New windows

    Sales rep (Ryan Anderson) i rate a 9. Very on the ball. New his stuff relevant to out home. Wind direction, product knowledge and solutions were all provided. He quoated and measured quickly. He was always reachable phone or email during business hours. Install crew 8- showed up on time, were clean, fast. Communication between office/ shipping and install crew rate 5. Too many appointments booked for small job. Didnt provide i crew with the correct product (trim) to finish job.

    Very good

    We ordered our windows in May. The installation was to take place in September, but was postponed to November. It was a very cold, snowy day but the team of 3 guys were awesome and didn't seem to mind the weather. Our windows were very old and took some additional work to remove. The new windows look fabulous. We can't believe the difference. Thanks so much, Andrew and assistants.

    Terible servive

    They replaced all the windows in our home. Two of them are leaking and they will not return our calls. We called countless times and left 10+ messages with the receptionist, the manager, and the general manager. They had no problem taking our $15,000, but they can’t even seem to return a phone call.
