Our experience from first call to the office, to Barry coming to our house, to the final install was professional and friendly and timeline as promised. Our sale rep Barry was on time and very professional and knowledgable. I would highly recommend Northern Comfort Windows and Doors for the excellent service and we are happy with the products. Their installers were also professional and did a great job.

Review is long overdue! Salesperson Mark was great. Competitive pricing. Wanted windows replaced before giving birth, they were able to bring in a crew and finish the (big) job in a week. Very happy with all aspects before, during and after the job. Would highly recommend!

Had contacted Kempenfelt Windows for a SUN ROOM ENCLOSURE and was extremely dissatisfied. Contacted Northern Comfort for our room and was overwellmed with the service, timing , staff and job done far above our expectations,as I am sitting in it now writing my review. If you want a sunroom enclosure placed at your home, this company will get the job done the way you want it , Thank you so much Norther Comfort and staff.

I hired Northern Comfort Windows & Doors after receiving several quotes from different companies. The salesman Rick was very,very nice and the price he quoted was the best by far. The installation team did a fantastic job, my husband and I were very impressed. We get a lot of compliments from our neighbours.

I had all my front windows replaced by Northern Comfort two years ago. My husband and I could not get over how the two men working on them were so professional and took pride in their work. When they cleaned up you would never even know they had been here. So this year it was time to replace the back windows and patio door. Asked for the same salesman, Barry (a real gem, not hard sell or pushy)and the same team that had done the front windows, Dave and Jessie. Once again was extremely pleased with the job and the work efforts. I did have an issue with a mark left in between the double pane windows of the patio doors. Called Northern comfort and those panes have already been replaced. The screens from the front window were tight and hard to remove (we thought we were doing something wrong). The gentlemen that was there to check the patio door agreed and took them all and Northern Comfort is replacing them without me even asking. NO doubt about it, if I had more than two thumbs they would all be up for this company. Thank you Northern Comfort and gentlemen for making such a large job so easy and snag free!!!

We hired Northern Comfort Windows to replace all of the windows on our 3 story home. The guys did a great job and cleaned up as they worked. We are very happy with the windows and the job they did installing them!

Dependable, and very efficient from the sales staff to the installers. The quality of the service and products is excellent. Any problems after installation were quickly handled by Stephanie and fixed to our satisfaction. I have recommended this firm to several friends and neighbours and have not had any negative feedback.

Salesman, Mark Linnemoller, was excellent as a company and product representative. The windows are excellent and there were no hidden charges or fees. The windows are a good value for the dollar. Rob Avis's installation team were fantastic and were very knowledgeable. This company is a class act and we would highly recommend them to anyone!
