    Install light switch timers

    Geoff came over and installed light switch timers for my outside lights. They will automatically turn on at dusk and off at dawn. He was professional and a did an excellent job. I would highly recommend his service.

    Electrical Work

    VanCity was one of the three companies I asked for an estimate for the electrical work I wanted done in my apartment (pig tail coper wiring, replace bathroom fan, and replace light fixtures). They came to give me a quote (free of cost) within a week of my inquiry. They did an excellent job completing the pig tail wiring, replacing the bathroom fan, and replacing the light fixtures. As a result of the pig tails wiring vein fixed, I ended up having to get my breaker fixed as well - they came back at a later date to fix this (at an additional cost). I would recommend them and their services.

    Indoor lighting + wiring

    Great service, trustworthy work, and just a great overall experience. Gave great recommendations of lighting locations. Electrician that came to my place was very professional and went above and beyond what was asked. Will use again.!

    Misc items

    We required several misc electrical adjustments like changing the frequency on our fan/light fixture, removing garborator wires, putting in some plugs and checking some outlets. Geoff & Cory were on time, efficient and friendly. Vancity Electric didn't charge us for the quote and their fee was very reasonable for the work.

    Electrical Work

    Vancity Electric were great to deal with. Super friendly customer service, trustworthy work, and just a great overall experience. The gentleman who came to do work in our condo was a lovely young man, happy to help out with going above and beyond and was very personable. I highly recommend this company and without a doubt will use them again if needed.

    Lighting

    The job was completed within a week - from the day we spoke to the on site estimate to completion. Cory made a couple of suggestions that were far better than the 'ordinary'. Jessica was meticulous and clean. Mine was a small residential job, but they both made me feel like it was an important one. I highly recommend Vancity Electric.

    Outlets upgraded to Aluconn

    Vancity sent out one of their electricians for a consultation/quote, and the work was completely fairly shortly thereafter. Wasn't charged any higher than the quoted rate, which is appreciated, and the electrician did everything to code and cleaned the site after.

    Electrical Work

    Vancity Electric can always fit me into their busy schedule quickly which is important for me. Their quick, reliable and always able to pick up supplies that I may need.

    electrical service upgrade

    I am happy to recommend Vancity Electric. The work was done as specified and in an orderly fashion. The crew arrived on time and set up their materials quickly and finished the job with no fuss or mess. Thank you Cory and Geoff.

    Re and re of all in wall heaters for a condo, also added kick space heater and set up a wireless thermostat system, added some angle pot lights as well.

    I was very pleased with the work Vancity Electric completed in my apartment (installing new heaters, lights and bathroom fans). Cory and Jessica were both wonderful to deal with. Cory had some great ideas on how to accomplish what I wanted (things I hadn't thought of). He really listens to what you want and has a "can do" attitude. Many contractors don't seem comfortable dealing with women. Not the case with Vancity Electric! I highly recommend them.
