We hired Stone Landscaping to install a fence on our quite large property. We were blown away by Jovians propmptness, creativity, attention to detail, and workmanship. A difficult work site of varied elevations and obstructions, he carefully considered what we needed and made excellent recommendations that suited our needs perfectly. His attention to detail is second to none - his workmanship is perfect. We appreciated that he was on budget and cleaned up the job site daily. Highly recommend Jovian and Stone Landscaping.

Our experience with Stone Landscape and Pools was absolutely exceptional! From the moment we contacted them, we knew we were in good hands. Not only did they install a beautiful pool, but they also transformed our entire outdoor space into a paradise that we thoroughly enjoy. The team's expertise in both pool installation and landscaping was clear from the start. They carefully listened to our ideas and offered insightful suggestions to enhance our vision. Jovian and his crew did an exceptional job transforming our front entrance patio, backyard patio, and pool patio renovation with updated stone coping. Everything from concept, demo through to completion was done with quality and care. They were well organized, knowledgeable, clean and very professional. After a long delay due to supply, we finally got our pool installed in August of 2022. Our pool installer sent a revolving doors worth of landscapers and stone workers our way to try and finish the job. Needless to say, we werent able to find anyone that was able to work with us with the ideas and vision we had for our backyard. And then, Jovian showed up at our house. From the first meeting, we had the feeling that we had lucked into someone that was the perfect person and business to complete our project. From the first moment, he listened to our ideas, and when they werent a great idea, he spent the time to explain why and provide a solution that was in the end way better than what we had thought of originally. The longest delay of the start of the project was the delivery of the stone, which was completely understandable, but even that was within a week. Once the product arrived, Jovian showed up that day with his son and crew and the work began! Once it began, they were there everyday until it was completed, no calls needed, no reminders. We felt as if the project was as important to him as it was to us. The quality of work was outstanding. They have a link on their instagram of the Muskoka Project which we proudly show off to all our friends and family. We couldnt be happier. We have maintained contact with Jovian after the job, always accessible for any questions we have. It makes you feel really good when you find someone with the skill and integrity that Jovian possesses. Our only regret was that we didnt meet earlier and have Stone Landscape and Pools do the pool install as well instead of just the stonework after. We are already making plans for Jovian to come back this year and help is with some other projects we have planned for our backyard. They have truly created a backyard oasis for us with their attention to detail and professional work. Tracy and I have nothing but great things to say about Jovian and Stone Landscape and Pools. We will continue to support this Business and refer them to any of our friends and family looking for any type of pool, landscape and stone work.

We hired Jovian to do interlocking around our new pool and a pathway at the side of our house. Jovian and his team did a fantastic job. They showed up every day and completed it faster than I could imagine. They even returned to correct some blemishes immediately when requested. They were a pleasure to deal with. I will recommend Jovian for any future landscaping.

We recently hired Jovian and his team to redo our backyard. The work included removal of an old existing wood deck and garden. They installed a beautiful new stone patio with a sitting wall, a raised garden at the back of the yard with a retaining wall, a gazebo and also installed a wonderful walkway down the side of the house ensuring it would properly take the rain away. Jovian was on site every day with his team for the 10 days of work. I was amazed at the amount of pre-work and gravel brought in to ensure that the patio and retaining wall would properly drain and not move when laid. Jovian answered all our questions and provided suggestions on how to make the project look better. He also helped us navigate the approval of our neighbor who shares the walkway between the houses and was skeptical at the start (They are now extremely happy with the finished product). Jovian also made an effort to do the little extras that were just the right thing to do to ensure the right finish. We look forward to working with Jovian again when we redo the front yard.

We recently hired Jovian to do some interlocking for us along the front of the home leading into the backyard. Overall him and his team did an absolutely amazing job, we're beyond satisfied with the results. Jovian was easy to deal with from the quoting process to the final day on the job. They should up early every day, cleaned up before they left. Jovian under promised and over delivered. He did such a great job that my neighbour hired him on the spot for another project.

After a few disastrous experiences with contractors referred by "friends", we decided to look for reviews on Homestars and select someone with high customer satisfaction for our backyard project. Boy am I glad we did. Joe was pleasant and to the point on the phone and did not push to take the job. He interviewed us as much as we interviewed him. You will immediately know this guy knows what he is talking about and he cares about your project as if its his own. But that's just the beginning. Joe and his crew started exactly when they said they will. They came in every day with great attitude and worked hard. Joe consulted with us every step of the way and although we made some last minute changes, he helped us out with flexibility and made us really feel as valued customers. And they finished exactly when they said they will with outstanding quality. I know I would have paid a little less if I were to go with some low level contractor, but that would have been in exchange of our nerves, and re does that would come after. I know what Joe did for us will last for years and years to come and we will always enjoy the back yard. One tip, call him early! This guy is busy and you don't want anyone else doing your interlocking project. Believe me, you will not regret it one second. Joe is the example of what contracting should be like.

Joe and James of Stone Landscapers are exceptionally responsive, positive and communicative at every step of their projects. They stay on budget and on time and have a great sense of design and overall aesthetic. We are so pleased with the work they have done. The project turned out better than we had ever imagined. They come very highly recommended.
