    Interlock driveway

    We hired Kyle and his crew to re-level our interlock driveway which had some sinking over the years. They were punctual, reliable and professional. The team worked efficiently and effectively and communicated with us every step of the way. A week after the job was completed we noticed a small area of pooling rainwater after a storm and called Kyle to take a look. He was receptive and quick to get a crew together to re-level. He was committed to ensuring our full satisfaction and completing the project to the highest standard. We were so pleased with their workmanship and professionalism. We’ve since recommended Kyle to many neighbours, friends and family.

    Interlocking stone walkway and entrance path

    Recommended this company from a work associate, My husband and I couldn't be happier for the results with this talented group of workers, It certainly enhanced the outside appearance of our home.We have since moved to Milton but we believe the success of our house sale was attributed to the masterful job done by Kyle and Joe.     Go with the BEST!

    We hired Stone Landscaping for two projects: replacing a railway-ties and river rock retaining wall with stone and, a year later, putting in matching stone steps to replace rotting wood steps. All work was done as costed and completed on time. In the year since the wall was built, passerby now have more to admire than the garden that is our front lawn. If anyone were to ask me for a recommendation for stonework, I would tell them to go with the best: Stone Landscaping and Construction. Any other choice would be, at best, second best.

    Backyard fencing, excavation, sodding, and stone patio.

    We reached out to Jovian to help us revitalize our backyard in April 2019. Our yard posed some challenges as the property slopes towards our house, posing potential drainage issues. It was also a mess as we had just removed an above ground pool and a 15x15ft deck. Jovian helped us brainstorm to create a patio and green space that matched our taste and needs. He also came prepared with multiple solutions to correct the slope and manage water drainage well away from the house. He installed a beautiful Permacon stone patio with river rock and buried pipe for drainage with decorative armour stone. The patio was bordered with a flower bed and fresh sod for our family to enjoy. I highly recommend him for his quality and professionalism.

    Backyard landscaping

    We chose Jovian and Stone Landscaping & Construction for our backyard landscaping. This was the biggest mistake we made. We have regretted this ever since. We found Jovian more interested in getting the job completed as soon as possible without regard for quality of workmanship. We had to call Jovian back to fix some substandard work and even after that the outcome is most unsatisfactory, Having paid close to $30,000 to Jovian we are now considering getting someone else to redo the work. Jovian’s focus is on making money and not on quality. I strongly recommend that you choose someone else for your landscaping project unless you have lots of money to waste and are prepared to accept low quality workmanship. Be warned.

    Very sorry Frank you are not happy with the work done. I will take this review to heart and try to learn as best as I can to avoid any mistakes I have had and take full responsibility. Now that I have had time to think over the project that were a problem or red flag from the beginning. 1. The fact that your home addition was done and the excavation for the foundation had not had enough time to settle due to the fact that you wanted the work done right away to avoid living in a mud pit, I should have refused to take this contract on as the ground needs at least a full year to settle, it's no wonder all the areas that dropped were exactly where the foundation was dug. 2. Also the designer/architect of your addition paid no attention of the exterior grading and what a problem they had created with having the exterior brick so low as to not leave enough pitch for water flow, a situation your were well aware of and I took on. For the record I did come out and repair every area you showed me that you were concerned with, and I had no idea you were not satisfied with the work. I am always available by phone, and would have loved the opportunity to discuss solutions to this problem. I thank you for your review it hurts the ego but just know that I will do my best to improve, everyday is a gift. all the best Jovian Miller Stone Landscaping and Construction

    Backyard Patio

    Hands down, Jovian is one of the most dependable, hard working, detail oriented contractors I've ever had the pleasure to hire. Even when WE made a design error, he corrected it with no questions asked, no resentment and even saved us money. This man knows how to run a business!

    Redoing of front steps and wet lay of flagstone pad

    Jovian was one of the only contractors that explained to us the proper way of fixing our front stone steps and re-doing our flagstone with a wet lay. After hiring numerous contractors over the years, he was one of the few that I did not have to worry about making sure that the job was done properly, thus alleviating much stress that occurs during projects. He was professional, courteous and work was completed in a timely manner. I would highly recommend his services and will always use Stone Landscaping for anything I need done in the future.

    We had a terraced stone retaining wall and a small patio area installed.

    Jovian was very punctual, starting the job on time and completing on time. At the end of each day they made sure that everything was completely cleaned up and there was minimal disruption. We felt a strong connection with him on our first meeting, feeling that he understood what we were wanting done. Other contractors designed work that was not what we were wanting. Jovian made us feel comfortable from the first meeting that he understood our wishes and that we would be happy with the final outcome. Our neighbors have been impressed with his workmanship.     Front steps.

    Jovian from Stone Landscaping just finished our front steps. They look fantastic. He showed up on time and got the project done on schedule. Great job. Would definitely recommend Stone Landscaping.

    Front landscaping

    Hired Joe from Stone Landscaping to redo our front yard in the fall. Loved his ideas and suggestions. We are very happy with the outcome and would highly recommended them to anyone!
