    Stair nosing gone wrong

    We had a flooring company come in a do our main floor and stairs. The nosings did not compliment the flooding at all as they were two completely different colors. The owner of the company wanted his money for the flooring and gave up on stairs as he could not do the job. That's when we contacted Todd. Most contractors do not want to get involved in other contractors issues especially when things have gone wrong. We just would like to say that Todd was just the opposite, he return our e mail promptly over a weekend. Came to our house to look at the mess we were left with and gave us some solutions. We would like people to know that there are many companies out there that just want to make money and have absolutely no customer service anf he one we were dealing with and others like Tood who have outstanding customer service. Thank you once again for helping us out, we will be sure to let our friends know about your company and will be sure to use you on our next job.

    Rip Out of Existing Floor and Laying New Laminate

    We were very impressed with Todd and Andy's work ethic and professionalism. They came in on time and budget. The floor looks amazing. They went above and beyond each day to get our floor done. I would highly recommend them for any flooring project.

    Hardwood florring

    Todd and his team did an excellent job and I am very pleased, thankyou Todd. I met many hardwood installers before selecting him and I immediately felt the difference while talking with him. He is true professional and has thorough knowledge about hardwood flooring. I strongly recommend Todd and his team for future work.

    hardwood installation

    We called Todd based on a recommendation we had received. He came to our house to do a measrement, and at that point we had not purchased hardwood, but did have a discussion with him as to the product we were considering. After much discssion with him, we chose an alternate wood. Thanks to his knowledge and information we are glad we made the change. Once we had purchased, we arranged an installation date, and Todd showed up right on time. He was promt and between him and his crew the installation was completed exactly as planned. The site was kept clean and the quality of the workmanship is excellent! It all looks great! We will be sure to recommend Todd at every opportunity. Todd, we hope you enjoy a well deserved vacation this summer!

    install exotic hardwood throughout home; supply and install engineered hardwood in basement

    Todd is very professional. He arrived on time, did the work quickly, efficiently and with a minimum of disruption. He kept the dust & noise to a minimum and cleaned up thoroughly afterwards. He takes pride in his work and is very meticulous. I have had many, many different contractors over the years so I know a good contractor from a bad one! Todd is definitely a contractor I would hire again.

    Hardwood Installation

    This was our first major renovation and we found that Todd's professionalism and depth of knowledge really made it a pain-free and easy process. Todd provided an extremely well made product in his hardwood flooring. In comparison to the other providers that we shopped around with, his flooring was both of high quality and decently priced. The installation of such hardwood also went off without a hitch. It was installed professionally and with minimal hassle. Todd also managed to keep our home very clean throughout the multi-day process. Overall, we feel that Todd and Masterpiece Hardware Flooring are a great choice for any would be renovators who are looking for a good, professional, honest and knowledgeable solution to their flooring problems.

    Hardwood Floor Installation

    After moving from Ontario to Alberta, I wanted the same flooring installed in my new Alberta home as I had in my Ontario home. I sourced my own hardwood (Vintage Solid Sawn Handscraped White Oak Engineered) and I wanted the small details of the installation to be on par with the quality of the wood I had purchased, so I settled on Masterpiece Hardwood Flooring to do the job. Todd and Masterpiece Hardwood Flooring met my expectations. The 45-degree installation looks great and was completed with very little waste. As my home is in a new development still under construction, the building site supervisor has been by my home several times and each time he stops to comment on how nice my flooring is and how clean the installation turned out.... and I agree! Thanks Masterpiece!

    Laminate in living room/kitchen

    Todd and his team did a fantastic job on our flooring! They were always on time and their attention to detail was exceptional. We highly recommend Masterpiece Flooring and we will definitely be using them again. Thanks again Todd!

    Replacement of carpet by hardwood floor

    I was pleased the way Todd and heas team completed the work to replace carpets by hardwood floor. The quality was excellent, the time was exactly as promosed and the work was done in a very clean and professional way. I strongly recommend Tood for future works.

    install hardwood

    Todd & his crew were one day late starting due to another job over run. this was communicated to us& we were okay with the delay ,They were on time each day & worked very hard & did a great job. We picked our supplier from the home & garden show who recomended Todd. Like other people it would have been wise to talk to todd first ? The hardwood we purchased at a so called deal ? we ended up having to buy 20% extra Todd & the boys worked really hard but there was to much scrap in the hardwood .The supplier was not interested in giving a rebate on the hardwood .Thank you Todd good job & you kept to your quote. We have already recomended you to our freinds Colin
