    replace carpet with hardwood

    I worked with Todd and found him to be very efficient. The work was done on schedule as stated. Todd was easy to work with and does top quality work. I would highly recommend him to anyone wanting new flooring.

    Hardwood Installation

    I made the mistake of buying my exotic wood flooring from a major big box store and the product was far less than acceptable. Advice from Todd was very helpful in me being able to negotiate replacement of the defective wood from the supplier despite it being a special order with "no returns". As for the installation itself, it happened yesterday. I could not be more impressed. Todd and Andy turned up right on time. The workmanship is of the highest order, they were highly organized and the worksite was at all times immaculate. The price was also more than competitive. I am so impressed that I am getting an estimate on another area of my home from Todd. This time I will use his hardwood supplier and minimize my grief. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Masterpiece Hardwood Flooring Ltd.

    Install 2400 Sq. Feet

    Todd came as planned to meet on site and discuss the job. His quote was well laid out. As our timeline shifted, I kept him up to date. He was able to start on time and worked extremely hard. as this was a large job, and the home show was on, Todd had a lot on his plate. Recognizing that he would be tight on finishing on time, he brought in a second worker. The job was on time and right on quote. Todd was friendly and treated us fairly. The floor looks great!

    Engineered Hardwood Install

    Todd came by for the estimate in a timely manner and we discussed the options to remove the carpet in our home. His pricing was very competitive and he is honest and straight-forward with his scheduling. We had very a tight timeline as we wanted to have the flooring installed before we moved in. Once our flooring arrived, Todd squeezed us into his busy schedule and came out and, as we had requested, completed enough of the flooring so we could move in. He did a fantastic job and made sure to clean up so we didn't have a dust-filled house. The job he did on both sets of our stairs was amazing and we get compliments on the great, detailed work all the time. We look forward to having Todd return when we replace some older laminate flooring in the summer.

    installed hardwood on upper floor

    Todd did a fabulous job on installing our hardwood flooring,we love it looks great. He came on time and had all done before our furniture arrived. No mess or problems. We had one bum boared but todd came right over and replaced it for us.We are very happy and would recommend todd to our friends and family. Thanks Todd.

    Main Floor - 770 sq ft

    Todd was AMAZING to work with. My husband has installed hardwood and laminate floor in our past homes and this time we decided to hire somebody. We are so happy we did! My brother choose to install his own hardwood in his house about the same time that Todd was helping us and he was shocked to see how much better our floor looked then his and he choose the same hardwood as us. We gave Todd a very small window of time to do our hardwood and he made it work, also as others said the quoted price was the price on the final bill. We already told Todd we will be using him again in our next house and we will definitely recommend him to all our friends! Thanks again Todd.

    hardwood flooring installation

    We have done many renovations to our older home over the years and finally decided to do new hardwood in our downstairs. We are so glad we choose masterpiece to do the work. Not only did we get a professional job but the workmanship was out of this world! The guys were highly skilled, expedient and reasonable. Although this job can seem overwhelming we would recommend this company to anyone thinking of doing hardwood. Dana

    Hardwood floor installation

    Masterpiece Hardwood Flooring Ltd installed Tigerwood hardwood on our livingroom, diningroom, master bedroom and 2 flignts of stairs. they also had to install 2 custom curved bullnoses on some curved steps. They did a fantastic job. The mitre joints and seams are tight. The wood grain patterns are well thought out to create a pleasing look. They arrived on time and finished on schedule. The price Todd quoted was the amount on the final bill. Follow up service was very good. A corner of one board started to split. Todd arrived on time on the sheduled day and repaired the split. His repair is nearly invisable and the split has not progressed. I highly recommend Masterpiece Hardwood Flooring Ltd.

    replaced carpet with hardwood

    Todd did an amazing job on our hardwood. We picked him from the home stars reviews and they were 100% accurate. Todd was on time, professional and courteous. He was considerate of our home and always cleaned up . He took care of details such as making the corners on our base boards just right and fitting the new wood around the existing wall unit to make it look natural and seamless. We have given Todd the highest possible rating as he was the best trades person we have ever worked with. We highly recommend Masterpiece Flooring! Sincerely, Cynthia and Michael

    House

    Todd Cannings did a great job on our hardwood flooring. We have 4000+ square feet of hardwood to be installed and he took the time to determine the best way to put the floor down and he recommended some better wood than we originally had. We were very happy with his work. There were a few issues with the wood (product) and he worked with us to make sure the job was done in a very professional way. I would have no hesitation recommending Todd. He showed up on time, worked long hours and was positive through the entire process. I would definitely use him again and have no hesitation providing a reference for him.
