    Complete bathroom/foyer rebuild

    We feel very fortunate to have chosen Delfabulous for our bathroom reno project. Sandro's patience, expertise, attention to detail and collaboration throughout the design and construction of our bathroom and foyer were all above and beyond what we had expected. He promised not to disappoint, and certainly delivered on that promise. The project was completed on time, on budget, and communication during the entire project was clear and reliable. We would not hesitate to use the services of Sandro and Delfabuluos in the future, and have already recommended their services to family and friends. Thanks again, Sandro! Ciao ciao!

    Basement extension and conversion

    We converted a dead space outside our basement into a lovely kitchen and store room. Sandro did an excellent job throughout the basement and it has given the downstairs area a massive improvement. The planning, work, finishing and cleanliness was excellent, from start to finish. What I particularly like is that when a challenge arises, as it always done when building and renovating, Sandro makes a plan. He is very resourceful and innovative in his approach.

    Bathroom Renovation

    Sandro is a professional contractor, he stated it would take 2 weeks, but finished in 9 days! Awesome work, professionally done, always left the work area in a clean environment before ending the day. I believe this was his best work yet, and whoever has him next in his busy scehdule is very lucky to have him. I will tell everyone I know about his work, and WILL definetely have him complete our future projects in our house. Thank you Sandro for your hardwork and making everything look spectacular!

    Renovate portion of upstairs bedroom into a single room laudry

    The most professional workmanship, management and service ever!! Work was executed presisely according to plan, communicating expectations in advance eliminating all surprises. Sufficient opportuntiy was given for exploring ideas and alternatives. Work area was spotlessly cleaned and tidied at the end of every day. No bad language, swearing or excessive noice. Other than the occasional hammer, one wouldn't even know they were theref...definately children safe!! Extremely friendly, respectful and curtious...will most definately invite this Company back for return business..Now That's An Absolute Fact!

    Basement Reno

    I really appreciated that Sandro showed up when he said he would, stayed for the full day and then cleaned up thoroughly at the end of the day. I also appreciated the calm manner in which he worked. Even when things turned out to be more complicated than we anticipated, he calmly went about problem solving, and getting the job done in the time frame agreed upon. He presented a clear, detailed quotation and stuck to it. I would certainly use his services for future renovations.

    indoor - door and closet renovation

    As a home owner who has been bitten badly one too many times by contractors nothing brings more joy than to share in this past experience. Delfabulous has been the BEST contractor thus far that I have used since starting our home renovations in 2010 - and I have burned my fingers trust me. Our project: paint door trim, replace existing interior doors and new doors for closets (originally bifold doors yugh!!). Sandro not only saved us money but also time in getting this project complete. He used already made interior doors and just sized them to fit the spots required and then was very innovative in that he created french doors for our closets which look absolutely fabulous from ready made bifold doors. (I did get other quotes and none of the other contractors paid such close attention to what could be done plus the $$$$$ where high) He has a great work ethic, neat and tidy when working in your home, polite, communicates (this is key to any relationship), does a great job and always ensures you are 100% happy at all times. 10 out of 10 is what I give this contractor and I would definately use Delfabulous again.

    Kitchen renovation, hard wood floors, new deck

    Very professional and high quality workmanship. Lateral thinking on options around building choices and looked to save costs where possible. Costs came in on quote. Focus was on quality finishes that the home owner would be proud of and value adding to the property.

    Dividing wall in office

    Sandro is reliable - always arrives ahead of time. He is works carefully, diligently and always leaves the area he is working clean and neat. Sandro is accurate with his cost and time management.     Sandro is reliable, a perfectionist & has a high degree of integrity He delivers a outstanding quality of work, is neat & also pays attention to detail. Highly recommendable. He and his wife Jo (Designer) make an excellent team

    Harwood staircase

    Sandro of Delfabulous Home Improvements Inc. is a pleasure to work with. His quote was reliable, he always arrived on time, and his workmanship was up to my very picky standard. He completed a difficult job on time and on budget. He always consulted us about issues or possible changes to the work, and made practical suggestions.
