    Exterior door installation

    Very meticulous. There was a lot of water damage and All is now repaired and water tight. Great work. Reasonable rates and very reliable

    Door installation

    We had Bill install door at our 2 daughters homes . The work was done in a very professional manner , he is very particular and exact in his work . I would highly recommend him ! I have used him several times in the past , always happy with his work

    Basement Renovation

    We are beyond thrilled with Bill from Vail Home Renovations drywall installation. After our daughters leukemia diagnosis, and a basement flood, Bill donated his valuable time and service to help our family get back the kids playroom/family space. We can’t begin to express how grateful we are for a job well done, by such a caring individual.

    Wall repair and painting

    Bill was a complete professional, he was ready and willing to make sure the job was done quickly and properly. I would recommend his services to anyone I know in a heartbeat and I will be contacting him in the future for any upcoming jobs we need done for our home.

    Repaired our outdoor shed and other odd jobs

    Bill did a diligent job and to our satisfaction. He went beyond at times and worked in a professional and courteous manner. It is a relief to have our home prepared for the winter.     Basement wall systems work well done

    Bill is an amazing individual with very strong work ethics, open to suggestions and flexible. Finished my work on time. Would not hesitate a bit either to rehire or recommend him to my family and friends

    Basement Reno’s

    My wife and I hired Vail Renovations to finish our basement. Bill completed the Reno’s within original quote and went above and beyond, we are very happy with the finished product and will recommend Vail to all our family and friends

    Drywall and painting

    Potlights were installed in our living room right before the lockdown. The electrician told me there would be no drywall repairs needed. Well, that was not true. Tired of seeing holes in my ceiling during the lockdown and not being able to hire someone, we tried to repair our ceiling. Big mistake. At the end of the lockdown, I contacted Bill who came exactly when he told us he would, was very knowledgeable and started the work 2 days later. He finished the job after 1 1/2 day. He made sure I was fully satisfied. The repairs are invisible. My ceiling looks perfect and I’m very hard to satisfy. We will gladly hire him back to renovate our bathroom once the Covid situation is behind us. Thanks Bill!

    Dishwasher out, new one in, and bathroom countertop changed

    Bill is our go-to guy for any job that we can't do ourselves. We needed someone to take out old dishwasher which had been a problem for the guy installing it initially, so anticipated it would be difficult to get out. Not a problem for Bill, and he installed our new one. He also took countertop off of bathroom vanity and replaced it for us. I didn't anticipate any problem there, but he had to alter the plumbing in order for the drain to match up. Anyhow, all that to say that we're very satisfied with the work he did today, and have always been happy with any of the work he's done for us previously. Even when it's a small job, he manages to fit us into his schedule.

    Fix the smell

    Communication with him is great. He figured out the problem. Now the smell is all gone. We can breath better in our house. He did in half day. Would ask him for another jobs.
