    Bill helped me over the phone to fix my bathtub cold water handle

    I just want to say a big thanks to Bill for helping me on Thursday, January 14. My bathtub cold water handle no longer was working properly and thus no cold water was coming out of the bathtub faucet. I looked for some handymen online and I managed to get Bill on the phone. He generously walked me through the process of identifying the problem and how to fix it over the phone. I was blown away by his desire to help me even when he was booked up for the next 2 weeks with previous orders. I must I have saved at least $150 for not having to hire a plumber for an onsite visit. I ordered the part I needed from Home Depot and replaced the faulty cold water handle with a new one the next day. Thank you Bill for your all your help. You made my day and I will think of you for my next Handyman needs Sincerely Raza Moghal Vanier, Ottawa

    Top to Bottom Renovation

    Vail Renovations was amazing to work with. Very honest and reliable. They renovated our Master Bedroom and Ensuite, 3 other bedrooms and the main bath as well as built an outdoor deck / stairs in front of our house. I would HIGHLY recommend Vail Renovations

    Amazing Work

    I’ve been working with Bill for several years. This time he renovated my bathroom, built a built in book case, and installed crown mounding, built in closet and contracted to have lights in my bedroom. I’ve always enjoyed working with Bill. He’s personable and reliable and sticks to the budget. I’ve always been happy with the work and if there are any repairs that need to be done on his work he always comes by to fix without issue. I highly recommend working with Bill and wouldn’t hesitate to work with him on projects in the future

    Window installation and TV Mount

    Bill arrived on time and was very professional. Did a nice clean job installing my window and without trouble setup my TV wall mount.

    Basement renovation

    I contacted Bill on a Monday to get a quote and within 30 minutes he was at my house. He began the work the next day at 07:00 and finished by 14:00. Bill was friendly, professional, and did an excellent job on the renovations. I would highly recommend bill.

    Staircase Repair

    The entire railing of our curved staircase was badly damaged during a delivery to the point that is was unsafe for my family. Bill of Vail Renovations acknowledged our safety concerns and quickly put in a plan to have to fixed. All the spindles from the top to the bottom of the staircase were detached from each step. Many companies insisted on replacing the entire railing without seeing the damage (COVID-19); however, Vail Renovations came to see it and were able to fix it quickly and securely. The damage was covered by insurance so we do not know the approximate cost. We highly recommend Bill and his company and will definitely contact him for any future repairs and renovations! Thanks again Bill!

    Excellent Work

    Bill fixed the outdoor metal railing for our property. Great quality work completed in a timely manner. Even consulted with City By-law to make sure that work is allowed under the current state of emergency.

    Bathroom Ceiling Fan Help

    Put out a broadcast on our community FB page and Bill Vail responded. I can't tell you enough how helpful he was out of the goodness of his heart. He gave us more than enough information and helped us save hundreds of dollars it would have cost. Thank-you again, Bill

    Renovation of front entry and powder room including some ceiling repair

    We hired Bill to remove the existing tile and vanity in our front hallway and powder room and install new tile and vanity with faucet. Bill also repaired a section of our ceiling in the entryway and repainted the powder room. The project started and finished on schedule and budget and Bill was quite flexible with respect to small modifications to the scope. Very easy to work with while being very fair price-wise.
