Extreme cleaning, with steaming, disinfection, garbage removal, organizing, cleaning
Work was ordered by CLIHN Ontario Health, this company provided outstanding services. Staff is very attentive, knowledgeable, good time management skills, polite. Lisa, supervisor, was able to organize multiple services for same day. This cleaning project must be done urgently and Lisa was able to use her professional expertise in order to met dead line for this very challenging project. She provided lots of reassurance, was informing Ontario Health staff on each and every step of this cleaning project. Well coordinated service. This company is very experienced, know how to provide non judgemental service for vulnerable population.

Rugs & Stairs cleaning

Commercial studio
Arrived on time. Brought a full crew. Did a good job of getting into difficulty spaces. Worked quickly and diligently. Have used them on multiple projects and will continue. Great team.

general cleaning
staff are polite, dedicated and efficient. they come on time, the deep cleaning, window sills and deep corners were left in order. garbage was taking out. Deep carpet cleaning was also efficient. thank you

Post bathroom Reno with messy contractors
They were a little later then they said but we’re very honest with how long it would take to clean. They were finished on time. They did an amazing job, and did everything we asked. It was alittle pricey but worth it! I’m so happy with the results and would highly recommend them to anyone!

Rugs cleaning services
Bob and Danial were punctual and courteous when they picked up our rugs. Our dogs destroyed two of them through their potty training process so we sent our rugs out with 5 star cleaning and were really satisfied with our work. I attached pictures to show everyone how well the work was done. I also try to support local businesses as much as I can, so I can’t recommend them enough.

Post renovation house cleaning Rug cleaning and sofa cleaning
5 Star Cleaning did amazing and professional cleaning services. We hired 5 Star cleaning based on their great reputations online. Lisa arranges the cleaning crew first , cleaned our house very professionally and amazing result. Then the steam cleaning crew came in for sofa and carpet cleaning. They took our 2 rugs out to their plant to clean. We greatly appreciate your awesome customer services. We will use their services again and we recommend them to others.

Hand made rugs,runners, and sofa cleaning
We greatly appreciate and very happy with 5 star amazing sofa and rug cleaning result and services. They were friendly, polite and great customer services that we got recently. We were looking for trustable company for a while until I asked my co-workers if they knew someone? They were refered to us by my co-worker that she is their regular happy customer for house, rug and carpet cleaning. Since we had few fine hand made rugs, runners and sofas that needed cleaning after few years of using them, So I decided right there and then and I called them. Bob and Danial arrived on time, after measuring and assessment of these rugs , they pick them up to be washed in their plant, Bob reassured us that they will be cleaned professionally where there won’t be damage or discolouration or any problem in washing in plant. We got them back in 5 days. The pick up and delivery was free. They cleaned our sofa at home which was great. The cleaning result was beyond our believes. They seems like brand new, fresh and very clean rugs,runners and sofas that we enjoy them every day. Thank you Bob for your amazing rug cleaning services. We happily recommend them to others.

Lisa and team are excellent to get the cleaning done. I made the request on a very short notice and they were not only able to accommodate me but get the place ready just they way we like.

Condo cleaning post moving out
I put this request for condo cleaning at a short notice and they reached out to me. Rachel came a little late in the morning (peak time traffic needs to be blamed for that). I was informed in the morning that she does not understand English but can communicate through voice translator, which disappointed me in the beginning. But her work was impeccable. She was very diligent, efficient in her job work and sweet as well. Her work was commendable. I shared the pictures in advance to communicate my expectations out of this job which somewhat helped. But they did a great job. I am happy. Thanks and hoping for some discount in the future.
