House cleaning, Taper, Carpet and Rug cleaning.
Recommended by a co-worker who has used this company multiple times, as well as seeing great reviews online, 5 Star Cleaning came to our newly bought home to perform one of their package services which included House cleaning, Drywall Tapering, and Rug and Carpet Cleaning. I was extremely impressed by the work done as it exceeded my standard due to past time experiences with other company services. They were very punctual and polite right from the start and kept me informed on what they were doing from start to finish. Overall the experience was easy going, hassle free, and quick. For the quality of work, the price was more than reasonable. Will definitely use 5 Star Cleaning in the future and highly recommend to others.

Post Renovation Cleaning
If I could give 0 stars, I would. Bare with me before making a decision to go forward with this company. We called to make arrangements for cleaning services and were quoted one price for 4 cleaners which would be the initial fee with an additional per cleaner per hour. After an hour we were then informed that the quote was incorrect and that the actual fee was 200 more. We proceeded with their services because of the reviews they received and under the impression they were qualified to accomplish the job. We informed both Lisa (supervisor) and Daniel of the state of our home (post renovated). But when the cleaners came (which by the way only 3 showed up) they didn’t have a vacuum or necessary supplies to achieve the desired cleanliness we requested. We called to cancel the services, and explained the situation to Bob and he responded “clearly you don’t know how to clean” — extremely uncalled for and unprofessional. Due to the contract we signed we allowed them to clean the first four agreed upon hours. During this time, they cleaned one bedroom and started the second one. Upon coming home, the cleaning was absolute garbage . For 600$ 1 room master bedroom and it’s en-suite we’re “cleaned” if you even consider that clean. I’d really like to know how they received such positive reviews. Save your money and hire a competent cleaning company. Paid for good reviews?

Rug cleaning
Recently I took a couple of my Persian rugs for cleaning to "5 Star Cleaning". I simply loved the service, the management, and the staff are really professional and friendly. I paid 460$ for the cleaning of two rugs. This price is really fair and less than the quotes I got from the other companies in the area. I strongly recommend this company for any rug and carpet cleaning services you may need.

Staff showed up friendly and on time. Assessed items to be protected and recommended services to be done as well as provided stain removal and prevention.

Corporate office carpet cleaning
Always a great job. Our carpets often get grease stains from factory workers.. Our carpets look like new! Thank you Bob!

Persian carpet cleaning
The service was very good... very nice to work with people who know and understand Persians. Also love the pick up and delivery service ... they place the carpet exactly where you would like it upon return

Reliable and good
The service provided is great it's available when needed and also cleans the house pretty well I have used them for last 1 year and continue using their services I recommend using the cleaning services if you are moving in or out as well!

Water damage services
We had great experince with 5 Star emergency crew when we had flood in our home.Tgey were fast and professional. . We got them online. We were very happy with their great emergency services. Our home was back to its pre flood state in 5 days. We are very happy with their restoration and repair services We happily recommend them.
