We are very surprised and shock to see your review from a very happy customer about your cleaning to this unhappy???? We do our best to provide best possible services to any customer in any given situation !!, I would like to clarify the few things:; We got a call from you at 10 pm at night that a company cancelled on you and you desperately needed cleaning next day,although it was after hours, we did managed professionally and patiently to arrange 2 cleaners plus supervisor for you for your cleaning, we follow our policy as we do for any cleaning job, take credit card and process the payment after cleaning done as we do for every one else. You have given all the information about the price with details and 2 authorization forms has been signed by you too. Our supervisor and two cleaner were there at job site 10 minute early, waited for you 20 minutes to arrive. Our supervisor told you in the morning that this job which is post renovation plus a very dirty house with dirty appliance that took so much time to clean, You have been told that this house will take all day to clean , might even have to come next day to complete, you agreed and gave our supervisor your house key to come in next day at 6.00 am to continue cleaning plus bring in male cleaner to scrub the basement floor as well to finish up everything before 10.30 am Sunday when moving start. You were and agreed with all of that. Our cleaner did manged to cleaned the whole house in 8 hours, so only the basement floor scrubbing was left for Sunday morning. You decided not to do it and wanted your keys back. Our supervisor, on Sunday morning at 8 am brought in your key, gave you a tour of the house and showed you that every where was clean and you were happy ( this was her own time). You said you will arrange for floor scrubbing in near future. All these conversation detail gets communicated to our office too. We have been in business 28+ years and we love our business and we believe in honest, fair, professional and fair services. We do our best to make everyone happy, In this case you have unrealistic and unfair expectation.
