    Carpet work

    Consistent and effective work done by Bob. Having them back at my house in 3 months for another round of cleaning. Worked well around my hours and did the job quickly. Highly recommended.

    Carpet cleaning

    Fast, efficient and carpets are so clean now. These guys were very professional when they came and careful around our furniture. Would highly recommend them and use them again in the future.

    Water Damage

    Homestars is a great way of determining whether a contractor is legitimate and thats why i use this website to find the best of the best. Homestars showed me Bob and Lisa’s company 5 Star Dry All when I had a fridge leak. Bob spoke to me himself about all of the steps he was going to take during this frightening time and assured me he would be over right away. He brought his crew over with all the equipment needed to start the job even before we hired him. My husband and I spoke to Bob and learnt the entire process before we began the process of water extraction and repair. We hired Bob and he began working on the spot. Our house is completely repaired, just as it was before. Also, Lisa was an extremely helpful resource during this time. She was on the phone with me as much as possible to help me through this process, and also with the entire payment options and insurance plans. I personally recommend Bob and Lisa’s services when it comes to flood or water damage restoration services.

    Water damage in our bathroom

    We had some water damage areas in our bathroom due to over flow of the bath tub while my kids were playing. We called 5 star company and Bob was very responsibly responded to our questions and concerns . They came in in a matter of an hour. They went over what exactly needs to be done and the process involved and the cost. We agreed to start right away. Thank you for your amazing customer services and drying and restoration result. They tried their best to minimize the cost based on our budget and having done a very proper job in drying it. I have booked them to do our carpet cleaning for after our x-mass parties where I will for sure need their services. We gladly recommend them.

    upholstery cleaning

    I needed a very dirty couch and armchairs cleaned, and while the furniture does look better than before, they really did not do any better than other companies that I’ve used. The furniture took over 24 hours to dry and I was disappointed to discover the appearance of water stains in a couple of places. Follow up phone calls have been ignored, so I won’t recommend them to others nor will I use them again.

Anyhow, we offered you to come in and try to clean that little concerned stain for you, although it has been more than 2 weeks ago since we provided services to you, but you refused that and delayed for another 2 weeks, although on first telephone conversation with our office you said you are available everyday.???     broken pipe caused flood in my house

    We found 5stardryall online on homestars and based on their reviews called them up on a evening time. As soon as I could I shut the main water source to prevent further water damage. We had plumber to come in first then they came in to take care of the drying and restoring the water damage. We were very happy with their great customer services and the cost. they very professional, reliable and fast in dealing with this. We thank 5stardryall emergency crew for such an outstanding job. We recommend them to others.

    wet carpet, and rugs in basement, plus damped smell

    We would like to thank 5stardryall for their great restoration services in our basement recently. Our rugs and carpet got wet in basement and we could not find out where and why this happened. After few days started to smell. We Called 5stardryall to come in and dry and wash them. They came in as planned and took out the wet under pad, dried the area for 3 days, then it was dry completely, left for 2 days, no signs of leaking from anywhere, after they installed new under pads, disinfected the areas 3 times, they took our rugs out to be washed. Now, Our basement is dry, clean, fresh and smells good, most of all in no leaking. Bob said we had sewage back up which caused his mess. We waited 2 weeks to see if stays dry or not. We believe they did an amazing job in restoring our basement. We recommend them to others in similar situation. Their customer services were outstanding. Well done..

    Flooded basement and water damage services

    I called 5 star restoration to dry and restore our basement due to flood that caused by our dishwasher in the basement. I have used their services before for sewage back up and I was very happy with services. My tenant was very upset when this happened and I was worried too because cost and damages. Bob and his crew came in and did an amazing job in drying and restoring our tenant belongings. My tenant was very happy the way they accommodated them during the 4 days that they were managing this.These guys handle this situations professionally. We all appreciate their great services. We recommend them to others.

    Flood and wtaer damage in my Laundry room and main floor

    Outstanding restoration services throughout the entire time dealing with our water damage situation. My laundry machine in main floor was broken while doing laundry and flooded the main floor. I was able to shut off the water but still got water damage to some extent. 5 Star Restoration been called from homestars based on their reviews and great reputations. They came in quickly. They reassured us that everything will be fine and gave us detailed information of what is going to involve in drying and so on. for next few days. Thank you so much 5 Star Restoration crew for your great affordable and restoration services. We gladly recommend them to others when they come across similar situations, Without any thoughts we will use their services again in future.

    Water damage and flood in my mother in law's house

    My mother in laws house was flooded due to broken pipe and called 5stardryall to deal with. 5stardryall crew were very fast and professional. They managed the situation very well. My in laws were very happy with their emergency and restoration services. I wrote the review on their behalf since they do not know how to write and use computer. I used their green cleaning services few weeks ago and I was very impressed by their services and rug cleaning result I got.
