    Wet carpet in basement due to rain leaking in

    Our carpets got wet due to rain leaked in from open windows. I must have noticed after few days, when started to smell. We found 5stardryall online and called them up. Bob and his helper came in took out the wet under pad and dried and clean, disinfect the carpet to prevent mold formation which took about 3 days. Our carpet is very dry, fresh and clean. Thank you Bob for the great services. I recommend this company to others.

    Flooded basement

    Our basement got flooded and we called 5stadryall emergency number. Bob and his team came quite quickly, assessed damages and suggested the best solution. They did a great and clean job in a timely and friendly manner. We are very happy with Bob service and we recommend his services for all water damage work. ?

    Flooded basemant

    We had flooded basement and tried to contact few companies to deal with our situation. 5stardryall was one of the companies that got back to us quickly and gave us a detailed information of what exactly needed to be done and the cost and time involved to take care of our flooded basement. We decided to hire them and they came in in couple of hours as planned. We were very happy with their professionalism and their greater customer services. They knew exactly what to do. The cleaning and restoration result were beyond our expectation. We would recommend their outstanding services to others.

    Rug and carpet cleaning

    The rugs and carpets in my house are full of fur and hair from my dogs. I called bob at 5 star and he came to pick the rugs up that same day. Him and his workers returned the next day to clean the carpets in all the rooms on the 2nd floor. He was very understanding when I told him I needed him to come later in the afternoon to do the job. He accommodated my timing and him and his crew did the job in only a few hours. I received the allergy cleaning service and I don't regret it

    Carpet cleaning

    The price that was being offered for carpet cleaning was less than what i was expecting. I went with Bob and his crew and my carpet was dropped off for me within 7 days looking exactly like when I bought it. I am planning on sending a few more rugs in with them and getting Bob and his workers to come and clean the carpets in my house! Highly recommended to whomever needs their carpets cleaned.

    Clean Carpet

    My father in law vomited over his family carpet due to his illness. My first thought was to take the money towards cleaning the carpet towards purchasing a new one but my father in law loved and wanted his original carpet. Five Star cleaned and returned Carpet like net new one! Did not have any regrets and recommend to others to try to have 5 Star clean carpets before throwing them out. Great work Bob Geran and your team!

    Leaking fridge water

    A friend of mine told me about 5 star's carpet cleaning services from a job they had done at her place. However I did not know that they did jobs that involve water damage. When I had searched for a company to repair the water damage done to my floors and walls I found 5 star and their dry all service. I called bob and he had given me a time to come and give a quote. He showed up at my house ready to start the job even if I had decided to go with another company. I hired him when he gave me a great price. Him and Danny brought in all the equipment needed to repair the space. I was constantly in communication with Lisa in the office with all of the information In regards to the repairs. Bob was professional, efficient and effective. Outstanding work. Extremely recommended

    Emergency flood in my basement

    Waking up and finding water in your basement is one of the scariest experiences. I called Bob in the morning after a night of thunder and heavy rain fall only to find my basement in a state of complete disaster. Bob came right away, gave me an estimate, and started the work 10 minutes later. He came prepared with his workers and they removed all the water, took out the baseboards and dry wall and began drying the area. I had done renovations just a year earlier and i thought that all the work had been destroyed. By the end of Bob’s work at my house the water was removed and the drying had started. Bob  put fans in my basement for 4 days to dry the walls completely and came back on the 4th day to remove the fans and finish the work. When i had the dry wall back up and baseboards installed again it looked like nothing had happened at all. The renovations were still intact and i was extremely content with the work done. Thank you so much Bob and his workers. Also, thank you to Lisa for being such a huge help during this hard time.

Having a professional come in right away to look at the problem allows Bob to talk a client, like yourself, through the situation and also to see what kind of damage was done and how much it will cost.     Carpet Cleaning for Alergies

    I have extreme allergies to dust which cause big problems for me and my family. I called different carpet cleaning companies to ask for reasonable prices for sofa and carpet cleaning. I stumbled across Bob’s company 5 Star cleaning and gave him a call. He gave me a great price and sent someone over that same day. Bob came to my door a few hours later and did the job. He finished the work in only 3 hours and my allergies haven’t acted up since. I am honestly blessed to have Bob come and clean the sofa and carpets in only a few hours time. I am definitely giving a thumbs up and huge recommendation for his services

    Carpet cleaning for stains

    The carpets on the 2nd floor of my home as well as the carpet on my stairs is about 9 years old as has stains from my children. Bob came to my home and spent about 3 hours removing all of the stains and cleaning the carpet until it looked as new as when i bought the house. I am looking forward to having Bob back to clean my carpets once a year to keep it completely presentable.
