    Flooded basement, wet carpet cleaning and restorations

    Bob and his crew from 5 Star Flood emergency company were very fast, efficient and professional for taking care of our flooded basement with wet carpets and so on from begining to end of the project.. They did amazing job in extracting,drying the basement, changing under pad, cleaning carpet, dis infecting and stretching the carpet, Our basement became very clean, dry and fresh, The cost was very reasonable with regards to amount of hard work involved. We appreciate their very dedicated and through job. We for sure recommend their great services in flood and restoration.

    Flooded basement, Wet carpet and Rug, Wet under pad cleaning, drying and restoration

    5 Star Flood Emergency were called from Home Stars for our flooded basement. It was awfully wet, every thing was soaking wet from carpet to rug to under pad. Bob from 5 Star Flood Emergency company and his crew were very quick to respond and very professional, calm but very efficient in dealing with our emergency situation. Dealing with this emergency situation was like a second nature to them. Bob was talking to us attending to our questions and concerns while his crew were taking care of drying and so on business. We were very happy with their Restoration services and after 5 days we had everything back to normal. The cost was very reasonable in regards to how much work was involved. We really liked their excellent services and we will for sure recommend them to others. Thank you so much Bob and your great crew.

    rug cleaning and restoration

    5 Star gets 10 stars for its excellent service in cleaning and restoring antique rugs which were passed down to me from my father's collection.Obviously I wanted to be very careful in how I handled these, and in deciding what repairs should be undertaken, so I was most pleased with Bob's close attention in working with me to accomplish this project.Thanks 5 Star !

    Wet Rug Cleaning, wet carpet cleaning

    We called Five Star cleaning to clean our wet rug and carpet in basement. When Bob came he explain in details that not only we need the clean the rug and carpet, but also first we have to dry the basement first, get ris off wet under pad then the drying process take place. to prevent any mold and mildew formation later. We agreed, they did all that. We were very happy with the their cleaning services. After 2 weeks of job done, our carpet and rugs are dry and very fresh , no smell or signs of mold. That is why I would like to thank Bob for doing such an excellent job. We recommend them to others.

    Broken pipe, flooded basement and clean up

    Thank you Bob and his professional crew for the greatest job done on our recent flood in our basement. Just before leaving for my night shift, our pipe was broken and flooded the basement. We were so panicking, my wife found Five Star 24/7 Flood emergency company in homestars and called them up. After talking to Bob on the phone , he promised to be here in less than an hour and he came in with his crew. He calmed us down and he explained in details what he was going to do, the cost involved and so on. He gave me enough reassurance that I left for my night shift. They worked for about 3 hours, extract the water ,took out wet under pads, set up their equipment and they left. He updated me every day and came in to check the drying process and his equipment functioning, after 4 days our basement was dry, the baseboards were put back, new under pad installed and carpet cleaned and dis infected. WE were very happy with their amazing flood emergency services and truly a company you can trust, We love the way Bob was very calm, polite and very knowledgeable in his job and managed it very well, beyond our expectations, I can say. Thank you .

    Water damage and flood emergency services by Five Star

    Our basement was flooded and we were panicking since the carpet was saturated with water and we thought it is going to cost a lot to take care of this. Our son quickly went online and found Five Star Flood Emergency on home stars site. Based on their great reviews and being on first page, we decided to give them a call, They were very quick to respond, they came in less than an hour. Bob patiently explained in details of the process involved in managing the situation, While the crew were quickly contained the water, extract it, got the under pad out , set up their equipment for drying. they took the baseboards out, and cut the drywall, it was very wet, after 4 days of having those air movers and so on working , the basement was dry, They did the fixing of the baseboards, and installing new under pad, stretching the carpet , finally steam cleaning the carpet, dis infecting and freshening of the basement. Thank you Bob and your professional crew for doing such an amazing job. We recommend their great flood emergency services to others,

    Carpet and Sofa Scotchguard and cleaning

    They came 24 hours after being called and did a fantastic and professional job. They are the best at what they do. Their service is topnotch and they always follow up.

    Emergency drying

    5 Star responded to our emergency quickly and professionally! They explained what needed to be done to address the leak that took place in our home, and worked quickly to resolve the problem. We felt very comfortable and confident working with them.

    Carpet Stretching, Stain removal and Cleaning

    We called Five Star Cleaning to do the package of Carpet Stretching , Stain removal and carpet cleaning in our living and dining room high traffic area. We were honestly amazed with their excellent job in stretching these wrinkled carpets that we were also thinking of getting rid of these carpets soon, Then with stain removal and cleaning, our carpets became like brand new installed. I believe any job has to left to professional. Thank you so much for your very professional job and your great customer services. We ,for sure, recommend them to others and already told our friends and family about their very nice services.

    Rug cleaning and repair services

    Thank you so much Five Star Cleaning for the greatest customer services that we received lately. I should have write this review few days ago, just did not get chance to do so. After few X-mass and New Year parties at my house My rugs and carpets were needed to be clean big time. Based on Five Star cleaning great online reviews and customer satisfaction with no hesitancy I called them up. Honestly, we were very impressed with their in house carpet cleaning and stain removal and also with their rugs cleaning services at their plant. We couple hardly recognize our rugs after cleaning when dropped off, amazingly cleaned and very fresh. We made a deal to get them washed every year after new year, We would recommend their great services to others. Thank you Bob and Sam for your excellent work. Happy new year and all the BEST.
