    Water leaking problems, mold, water damage services

    I used Five Star Flood Emergency great services for our Water leaking problems, mold, water damage problems , few weeks ago and I would like to write this review to thank them for their outstanding emergency services. We came across Five Star 24/7 flood emergency on homestars with their very nice customer reviews. We decided to try them. Bob responded quickly to our e-mail inquiry and made appt. for couple of hours later that day. We had couple of areas of our bathroom ceilings and family room that got damaged by leaking and needed to be fixed, and find the source of leaking. There was some darken areas of mold formation?, Bob was able to tell us exactly what was happening. . He came in ontime with two technician, after estimate and inspections we agreed to proceed with the services. They were punctual, professional and very caring towrads our concerns. We were very happy to do business with them and were also happy with he very clean and through job. No more leaking problem since and it is hard to say which part has been fixed. They also removed the mold from the area. We Strongly recommend their very outsatanding customer services to others. Thanks

    Flood Emergency Services and fixing water Damage

    We were very happy and thankful for the greatest flood emergency services and restorations we got in the busiest time of the year. We thought this didaster is going to ruin our X-mass and all the plans we had. Thanks to Five Star Flood Emergency, it did not. They were very quick, professional and very efficient. They saved most of our belongings very gently and with lots of care and consideration. They did fix the damages done by the flood afterwards. The cost of all these services were very fair, although we had insurance, We got some good advices from Bob in preventing such a flood and water damage. We do strongly recommend their very great customer services to others in emergency situations. Thank you Bob and you great crew, all the best in holidays.

    Carpet cleaning and stretching. Pet odour removal and disinfecting and deodorizing rovsl.

    We just moved to old 4 bedroom town house that needed carpet cleaning and carpet stretching in the the bedrooms plus disinfecting and deodorizing. Old owner had pet as well. We found Five Star Cleaning through Homestars. Based on their great customer reviews and services we called them up. Bob and his technicians were very professional and efficient in both cleaning and stretching the carpets. The carpets became very clean , fresh and stain free. Honestly we could not ask for better services. We loved their services and we would use their services again. We recommend their very outstanding services to all. Thanks.

    Great Rug Cleaning services

    We have few Persian rugs that are so antique and very old that needed cleaning for a while. I just could not trust any company to clean them for me. A friend of mine who used Five Star rug cleaning services recommended to use them. I am so glad that I used their services. They not only cleaned the rugs very professionally beyond our expectation with no damage to color or what so ever, but also repaired few of them. I was able to obtain the Appraisal certificates of my rugs which includes the whole history behind the rug, their name, how old, where made, how much it costs,... I would like to thank Bob for giving me such an outstanding services with great pleasure to deal with all my concerns and questions. Now I feel like I know so much about my rugs that I had no idea what I owned. I truly enjoy having them so clean and repaired, that can last years to come. I strongly recommend Five Star Cleaning services and their amazing customer services to my friends and family and other rug owners and rug lovers like me.

    Flood in our kitchen, down to basement services for drying and restorations

    What a true nightmare to wake up to a disaster due to flooded kitchen and water running from kitchen floor to basement,... !!! Apparently our frig was malfunctioning due to water purifying system in there, causing water to flood out in our house. As soon as I saw this, I got online to get professional help, I knew I could not in any way handle this. I Google searched and came across Five Star 24/7 Emergency, I gave them a call with no hesitancy, Bob was very quick to respond to my call at 6:30 am or so. He told me what to do to stop further damage until his crews gets here. They came in less than an hour, they quickly started to work very prepared and professionally. So, I did not have to take a day off, while they were working. They managed to clean, dry and fixed the damage areas in 5 days. My adjuster was very happy with their services, I had no problem to get my cost back from insurance company. I would like to thank Bob, and his crew for such an professional, dedicated and excellent customer services. We will for sure use their great services in any other areas for sure, we strongly recommend their services to others in need of emergency services. Thank you guys, keep up the great quality work,

    carpet

    I had a great experience with Bob and his team. They worked very hard and they were very courteous and very professional. I strongly recommend them and I for sure use the same company when I need help with my carpet or other services they offer. Good luck.

    Rug & Carpet Cleaning

    I was looking for a professional carpet cleaning service and came across Five Star on the trusted HomeStars website. What impressed me the most was that they had taken time to reply to client's comments on HomeStars, a true appreciation for business. I had called a couple other places, but found Bob and Lisa to be genuinely warm and easy to speak with as well as very fairly priced. They have serviced multiple properties for a Property Management Company I work with, and their service has always been great. They have come through on very short notice, their email response time is very prompt, their pricing is more than reasonable, and they go out of their way for customer service. I will gladly continue to use Five Star Rug and Carpet for my professional carpet cleaning needs.

    Carpet cleaning and reinstallation of carpet

    I called Five star after calling another company called Soft Surfaces and getting a luke warm response from the ownwer/mgr. we had a sewage back up in our basement that ran out on to the carpet and saturated part of the underpad as well. Bob Geran advised me what he was going to do and was there the next day to replace the damaged underpad, clean and deodorize the carpet and restretch it back to the wall and even cleaned the stairs leading down to the affected area. He was able to save the carpet from being replaced and it looks like new again. Great customer service, we were so impressed by his efforts that we gave him 6 area rugs that were sitting in storage that belonged to my wife's late mother and needed some repair as well as a thorough cleaning. He brought the area rugs back a week later and did a great job on the repair and cleaning of them. They are all back in use in different areas of the house and they look fantastic! Great customer service and I will definitely use his company again. thank you Bob for all your help in solving our problem with the basement flooding.

    Emergency Water Clean-up

    Emergency Water clean up Abbas from North York, Toronto 1 | North York Location | Oct.16, 2013 10 Recently, I had a flood in my main floor washroom. Water not only damaged the washroom that the flood was in, but it started leaking to the basement. Immediately, I picked up the phone and called several companies for emergency water clean-up service. Luckily, in my horrific situation, one company - 5 Star - amongst all was helpful enough to come to my house the same day of the flood. Bob and his crew took care of the situation responsibly and with confidence. I was amazed at their performance in such short notice and they were done their job in a short amount of time. They took away the damaged under pad, carpet, baseboards and dry wall professionally. Everything was cleaned up, deodorized, and dried out. Bob worked into the evening and came back on the weekend to make sure everything got done. My insurance company quickly approved all the work that Bob had done. He and his crew are professional, pleasant, and care about helping to solve the problem. Before Bob left, he put a tarp over all my contents in the basement to help keep them clean when the restoration work starts. I highly recommend Five Star Carpet Cleaning as a reliable and professional company that does great work. Thanks a lot Bob.
