    Rugs, mattress, sofa, arm Chairs and Ottoman cleaning

    Five Star Cleaning did an excellent spring cleaning package for us. Every year,before our Persian New Year which is the begining of Spring, we have to clean the whole house top to bottom, for Spring Cleaning. Five Star Cleaning Company has been doing all the cleaning of our Sofa, Mattress, Darapes, Arm Chairs, couple of rugs,.. which they clean at my Condo, They do a great job in cleaning and deodrizing them, My husband and I are very greatful for thier services and their well manners. They do move everything and put them back, We have few eldery friends that they need these kind of services, We recommend this company to them as well. Thanks so much Bob and his technician Ram for their professional and efficient work. We are looking forward to use their services again in future. This review is a way of saying many thanks to Bob and his great professional technicians. Happy New year to my Persian friends and community.

    Ccarpet, runner and small rug cleaning &scotch gaurding

    We used five star cleaning services recently for our 3 bed room house for cleaning our carpets and couple of runners and small rug. They also scotch gaurded them after cleaning. The cleaning result was beyond our expectations. We were happy with the very nice customer services and professional job that we got from the estimate time til job done, We will for sure use their services again. I already recommend them to my co-workers and family friends. Thanks

    Water leaking and bad smell in our basement

    I would like to thank Five Star Flood Emergency Cleaning company for taking care of the water leaking and bad smell in our basement. They were very quick to respond, professional and knowledgable in controlling and mananging the problems, They were able to get rid off the smell and find out what caused the leaking in couple of days. They dried, disinfect and deodrize the area to prevent mold and get rid off the smell, which they did well. They also gave us some very useful advice on how to prevent such a problem in future. I strongly recommend their great customer services and fair price to others. I would for sure use their services again in future and already recommend them to my co-workers and family. Thank you Bob and his great crew.

    area rug cleaning

    I've upped my rating and deleted my previous review after receiving a phone call from Therisa, the manager of 5 Star. Though I am still not completely happy with the service the company provided, Therisa offered me a partial refund and was very apologetic about the fact that one of my rugs did not get as clean as I was told it would be, despite my paying extra for a "deep cleaning" treatment to remove odours and stains left behind by my sick dog. She offered to have the rug cleaned again, but due to fading that occurred when the rug was cleaned the first time, I was not willing to take the risk of further damage. Other reviewers seem to have had nothing but positive experiences with 5 Star, so I'm choosing to believe that my experience was an exception, rather than the rule, and that the company generally provides a quality service.

This also gets emphesized again & again at the time of pick up by our technicians that they will do their best at our plant to get rid off all the stains, which in most cases do (depending on the kind and nature of stains). We are sorry about the misunderstanding of being able to remove all the stains. Since You had a sick incontinent dog that had few accidents. By the way, we are so sorry about the loss of your dog).     Rugs Cleaning and stain removal

    My family and I love to have traditional party such as, for Christmas and Halloween and when ever we do we always have left over stains from the drinks that are guest always spells. At first I would panic and never thought this stains will ever go away. After a while, I couldn't tolerate seeing this stains so I went on internet and I called five star rug and carpet cleaning. So I gave them a try. They were extremely nice and generous. It was really easy to talk to them too. They gave me a fair price and I was really happy with them. I liked five star rug and carpet cleaning . I only trust them, They do a very clean job for me. They work very hard to make me happy and they always do. There very professional. I strongly recommend them for everyone. I was very surprise because they where actually able to take away all of my stains that I thought would never go away. Thank you very much bob and it was very nice doing business with you

    Carpet Cleaning

    Taheer Naraine From Toronto. I used these guys to clean my carpet this past weekend. They explained to me my options, and explained that some stain might not be able to come out of my carpet. I took the chance and got them to do the 'Whole nine' for me ... My Place smelt and looked much better, however some stains remained, which was explained in the beginning. If stains are in you carpet and your looking for a carpet cleaner to remove them, you might have a 50/50 shot at it. good luck and thanks for the good job

    3 Bedroom Condo Carpet Cleaning, Odor and Stain Removal

    I am Very happy, satisfied with great green services each time I get to use Five Star rug and Carpet Cleaning Company. As a Real state Agent, I have used Their amazing Cleaning services few times, , but never got chance to write a review. Each time I used their services for my clients either selling,renting, or buying a house or Condo, needed Carpet cleaning servcies,Stretching Carpets, Stain , Odor removal and scotchgarding, and so on. Since, I was very happy with their great services and their prices , I call Bob and his technicians on ongoing bases. Lately, they Steam Cleaned 3 bedroom Condo which was for sale, I am very impressed and happy with thier excellent services and great fair prices. I would gladly work with 5Star Cleaning Company in future. I recommend them to others as well.

    Basement Water leaking problem , Flood and Fixing Water Damage

    Great Customer Services by Five Star Flood Emergency Company. We used their services for our leaking problem causing flood and fixing the water damage in our basement. They were very quick to respond, Bob went over details of what is going to be done and the cost involved. They were very considerate, reassuring, knowledgeable and tidy through the whole process. Customer services were excellent, Job done professionally and in timely manner, They Saved as much as our stuff from the water damage. We would like to thank Bob and his great crew. We strongly recommend them to others.

    Carpet Cleaning

    5 Start Cleaning Company does great job in carpet cleaning. They bring heavy equipment to clean and vaccum carpets. Bob and Ram were very professional. They gave good advise on the products as well. It was great job done by this team. Our carpets were found to be better than before.

    Carpet cleaning

    We had some very dirty carpets. Wax stains, things the kids spilled. I doubted they could get them all out. They said they could. The carpets looked way better when done - almost everything was gone, but there was still some wax and a few other stains. They said they did everything they could. Which is I believe, but probably shouldn't have over promised on what they could get out.

Per our company policy, we do not garantee %100 the stain removal based on the nature and properties of some stains??!!! sometimes, the stain dies into carpet and only way to rid off it, is to cut that part of carpet and put another piece of carpet there to save your carpet too. I hope this clarifys it. There must have been mis understanding. Our technician will do say and try their best to get rid off all the stains. Thank you for your feedback and understanding.
