    Rug and Carpet cleaning and stain removal

    Thank you for your very nice quality services. Five Star Rug and Carpet cleaning did an excellent job in cleaning and removing stains from our carpet and rugs after a huge birthday party that we had for our twin daughters. My personal attempts was to rent a machine and do it ourselves. Not only we could not get rid off stains , but somehow it made the stains got spread bigger and worse. Then I was on internet searching for professional cleaning, where I found this company and saw their reviews. I am so glad I did leave the job to professional as I should have done from beginning. All the stains are gone and my 5 bedrooms house is sparkling clean. Thanks to you Bob and his great helpers. I am gladly recommending them to my family, friends and others. " "

    Steam Carpet Cleaning and Steam cleaning of uphostered chairs

    We have very old carpet tiles in our office and seminar room which has seen alot of traffic in all types of weather. The steam carpet cleaning service that we got from 5 Star rug and carpet cleaning was stellar! The carpet in both high traffic and low traffic areas looks amazing and some terribly stained areas look much better now too! We were so impressed by the results we even had a dozen uphostered chairs cleaned as well, then decided to add the main foyer carpet. Thank you for 5 Star rug and carpet cleaning for a professional, friendly and results oriented job! We will use your service again. Keep up the great work!

    Rugs Cleaning, Stain Removal and repairs

    Very happy with the quality services in regrads to cleaning my rugs by five Star cleaning Staff, First of all, I would like to thank homeStars for providing this great web sites for us customers to read and write review for any services we need. This make our life way easier to choose a service provider and share our experince with others. I had got a very great and good services on cleaning, stain removal and repairing few very fine and different kinds of rugs which neede to be clean so badly. Honestly, I was not expecting to get the result that I got. It was very impressive, and I feel like I bought few new rugs. With free pick up and ddelivery and very fair price, I think I have got the luxury deal and services.     Carpet Cleaning 4 Bedrooms & 2 Hallways

    I called Bob yesterday for an estimate and he showed up next day to present and estimate and get the work done. He explained the various levels of service and the pricing. My main concern were two large stains in the basement hallway which have been stubborn and had been there for awhile. Bob said he can't guarantee he can remove the stain, but will try his best. I took the leap of faith to get him to do the work. Bob talks to you and explains things as he works. He was very thorough in identifying spots, etc. and removing them. It showed that he really cared to get the carpet as clean as possible. My carpets have not been steam cleaned for about 3 years, so when he was done the upstairs, it looked very clean and refreshed. Then he moved onto to basement to tackle the stains on the carpets. With a few strokes back and forth with his steam cleaner the stains disappeared. Bob looked back at me with a smile having shown off his mastery in tackling tough stains. At the end of the day, even though the $400 seemed slightly higher than what you may pay others, I was very pleased with the results. Bob tries really hard to get the best results possible. Bob, keep up the great work!

    Few Rugs cleaning and repairs

    Thanks Bob and your great helpers for doing such an outstanding job. I had few hand made rugs that needed cleaning, stain removal and repairing. I was nervous to just give it to any company??? I chose Five Star cleaning based on their great experience and costomer reviews. I am so glad that I did. Their picke and delivery was free. They did such an amazing job in repairing, cleaning and stain removal to the point that I could hardly believe those were my rugs. Now, I know not to let them get that dirty!!! I am very pleased with their services and will gladly recommend them.

    flood and water damage

    Extremely pleased with the Five Star Company services for recent flood and water damage in our basement due to last week's tonder storm. We had to call them late evening and they were very fast to respond and get here in less than half an hour. Their staff were very nice, friendly, knowledgable and expalined in details what is going to be done and the cost upfront. Our basement was carpeted and I have my office there too. They managed the flood very well and everything was back to the best condition possible in 3days. We would liked to thank you them by writing this review. Philip and family

    rug and carpet cleaning, Stain removal

    I can confidently suggest Five Star Cleaning to others with the great experience that I had recently. After my son's Birthday Party, my carpets and rugs with lots of stains needed to be cleaned and spots removed. I tried to rent a machine and do it, but unfortunately Some of the stains got worse. Then I had these nasty looking stains and my wife complaining!!!!So I got Five Star Cleaning based on their respecfull reputation and reviews to come and handle these professionally. Stains disappeared and rugs and carpet became so clean. I am glad I did, I should have done from begining to save more money and time. Thanks for your great services. Bennet

    CarpetS, Rugs and sofa Cleaning

    I am very happy with Five Star cleaning services and fair prices. As a busy single father with two children, I have Five Star cleaning to do my 2 bedroom house cleaning including my carpets, rugs and sofas when needed. So I can spend the quality time with my children.     Anti Allergies cleaning, carpets, rugs, sofas and mattresses

    Thank you so much Five Star cleaning for your outstanding services. We have been using their servies over years by my mom and us for Allergens cleaning for severe allergies of my son and my mom.They use no chemical but only green solutions and products, which is environmentally safe as well. Since using their services, our allergies has been down to no or minimal possible discomfort. We are very happy with their professional and well done jobs for our rugs, carpet, mattresses and sofas. My mom has been their services, I am using their services and I suppose my children will use their services.     flood and water damge &repair

    We just want to extend our extreme gratitude for Five Star Flood comapny for accomodating and dealing with our flood problems in our house on such a short notice on late evening on the weekend. Your techinician were amazingly great. The services were beyond our expectation along with the fair price and quality.
