    My office high trafiic area carpet and runners cleaning

    "I am highly pleased and very satisfied with the great services that Five Star company provide me in cleaning the carpet and runners in my office. Bob and his helpers have exceptional customer services, very punctual and very respectfull people. I am going to use their services every 6 months. I also got %20 off by "like" five star rug &carpet cleaning company in facebook.. I strongly recommend this great company to others. Very happy with service and price.

    flood in our basement

    I found FIVE STAR FLOOD EMERGENCY Company through homestars; web site. Bob and his helpers were at my house in 25 minutes. They knew exactly what they were doing,very knowledegable, polite and caring. They took care of all the details plus giving us the details of what is going on and what will happen next few days. They changed their shoes and had gloves on while they were working in basement. We are extremely happy with their excellent job in taking care of the flood and finish the basement beyond our expectation. we definitely recommend them to others. Mitra GH.

    Stair cleaning

    Meh, Bob was nice enough and quick (booking and came the next day) the carpet is in good condition but had some dark areas in the higher traffic part due to renovation traffic. Not all the dirt came out like I had expected and when I called Bob he sort of offered to come back out to look at it but seemed to think that I was imagining the darker dirty area. They'd be good to use if it were wall to wall carpeting but I'm have an additional company come out to do it again to see if they can get the remaining dirt out. Price was right but didn't quite meet my expectations. Perhaps they were too high.

You should have let the technician that offord you to come in and have a look at it and then re-do it for you. we respect your decision and thank you for your business.

    flood and water damage in our basement

    FIVE STAR FLOOD EMERGENCY COMPANY recently did an OUTSTANDING and AMAZING job in managing flood and water damge in our basement. We are very happy how proffesionally, they took control over the situation and fix it even better than before. We also have used their others services at our home and office over years. Thank you The Five Star Staff for being so caring and so understanding us being in that hard situation.     Carpet stretching and cleaning

    Five star company were very amazing and proffesional in stretching and cleaning our 2 bedroom cottage in couple of hours. We are very greatful to get such wonderfull services. Thank you for your friendly advices on how to keep our carpets stretch free, jerm free, clean and fresh over winter time. Now we know who to call in future. We definietly and happily recommend FIVE STAR CARPET CLEANING to others.

    The ADVICE of the day: ALWAYS LEAVE THE JOB TO PROFESSIONAL ,then sit back and enjoy the services and see your money worth. As a real state Agent, my client have been using FIVE STAR RUG AND CARPET CLEANING services on ongoing bases.     Carpet Cleaning,Stain Removal,

    We are so pleased with the services we got from 5 Star cleaning company through homestars.com for cleaning carpet and stain removal of our living room, dinning room and family room with lots of stains. They respond very quickly, tried to accomodate my required time in their busy day. Very through,awesome work in taking away all the stains, and paid attention to details. Bob made sure I was happy with the job before he left. Highly satisfied with their great services and quite reasonable price and I recommend them to my neighbours and family members too.     Resturant chairs cleaning &high trafic area carpet cleaning

    As a resturant owner, I have used differnt company over years, I am very pleased with the FIVE STAR CARPET CLEANING COMPANY in providing exceptional services in cleaning our Resturant's chairs and high traffic area carpets. Not only our carpets and chairs look clean but also smells very fresh. Bob and his helper took pride in their job, very pleasant, honest and professional people .     Delicate Rugs cleaning

    Amazing, outsatnding jobn and very impressive. I have few very nice rugs collections that I loved them dearly, needed cleaning after long time. Five Star Rug cleaning was reffered to me by my co-worker who is also homestars member. So I called and got a very reasonale quote. They picked and delivered the rugs for free. Rugs were amazingly clean like a brand new. I was very happy with service that I booked them for cleaning our carpets too. I am going to use their services on yearly bases. Thank you Bob and his helper for doing such a great job. I strongly recommend them to others. Great compananies and services need acknowledgement.
