Above and beyond! From the moment I connected with Tom, I was confident that the inspection would be the least stressful part of the journey to find my parents a new home. He provided excellent time frames which aided me in structuring my offers and when we finally landed on a property, he made himself available right away. Tom did a great job of explaining the process to myself and my mother who has difficulty with English. He encouraged questions along the way and he made the inspection very interactive. Not only did Tom provide great feedback on the issues with the home but also the short and long term impact. He also did a great of explaining what solutions were within my abilities and what were ones I would need to hire someone for. Tom took his time with us and made us feel super comfortable. He did everything you would hope a home inspector do. We opted for the info red scan of the home and I can say without a doubt that it was money well spent!! I will be calling Tom for our next venture which is a new condo. This purchase was a town home in Vaughan. Tom also sent a comprehensive review of the inspection which will serve as a great aid in my fixes of the minor issues in the home. Info red pictures included!

Tom is absolutely amazing! He made our home buyer experience fun :) I have never seen anyone so equipped, thorough and detailed. Not to mention patient. He walked through the whole property with us step by step. First he did his own inspection and took pictures, then he explained everything to us in layman terms. We found Tom through Homestars. This was our first home purchase and we had no clue what to expect from a home inspection. Just off the phone conversation, Tom was very professional and explained to us the process and the various services he offers. On the day of the inspection, he came on time and had all the tools needed for the inspection. Tom was very thorough. When we arrived, he made sure he explained each aspect that he was inspecting and even taught us ongoing maintenance that we had to do for each specific part of the house. We had family members with us who also asked a lot of questions and Tom was happy to reply to all inquiries. The report was top notch, considering it was a thanksgiving long weekend, he submitted the report in a timely manner and we had no problems dealing with him at all. As a first time home owner the whole process of buying and moving etc was very stressful. one of my biggest issue was that i did not know a lot about houses, what to signs to look for, what problems to for see. tom on the other hand new what he was doing was very helpful and professional. he answed all my questions (even the stupid one). plus not only did he do a great job but more importantly he made sure i understood everything. tom gave me peice of mind and im very happy with his service. thanks tom
