Very well done! I'm very happy I chose Tom for my pre-purchase home inspection. Tom was the first person on the scene, and already hard at work inspecting the exterior of the home. He did an excellent job at showing us the problems with the house and was able to explain the significance of each problem. Tom was extremely thorough in his inspection, and found many things I would have never known about. I would highly recommend Tom to anyone looking for a quality home inspection.

Clearview was great!! I contacted Tom on Thursday before the holiday weekend looking for a quick home inspection. He was able to inspect the house the next day - on a holiday. Tom was very thorough and efficient. He went through the entire checklist with us and explained all of the repairs involved and the level of urgency required for each. With a comprehensive report and pictures in hand we felt more comfortable about our purchase. Great job Tom

Our decision to contact Clearview was almost only based on the hundreds of positive reviews on Home Stars. Our choice even surprised our agent, who had referred other inspectors from her own list. But, on site, Tom impressed everybody. The inspection was thorough. Tom was very well organized, encouraging us to ask any question, making our discussions very informative. The full inspection report that he sent later that night with digital and infrared pictures was very helpful (if not essential) to support our request for a price reduction/amendment (which was successful). If we have to purchase another house again (which however we hope not to be in a near future...), we will call Clearview without even thinking about it. Thanks again Tom!
