Great inspection! Tom was able to inspect our home in preparation for the completion of our Tarion inspection form. He was able to review the home diligently and uncover a few things that we were not aware of. He produced a good report that we used in completing our Tarion form. I would recommend his services without hesitation. Great job Tom!

Like any good home buyer, I did my research before hiring a home inspector. I call a few of the inspection companies on Homestars and Clearview is one that came up. Not only was I very impressed by the many great reviews they received, they also seemed the most professional and had the best credentials (RHI), so I hired them for my inspection. I was pleased beyond words. They were amazing and provided detailed analysis of the homes condition. Needless to say I will be using there services from here on in and highly recommend them. Well done! Tom Rando our inspector was very methodical in his approach to the inspection. He really impressed us with how he was able to get onto the roof to inspect it. From this point on I know we found the best inspector. He checked with us throughout the inspection to make sure the speed and content he was providing was clear and understood. He also provided us with some education about how some of the homes systems function, a real plus. All in all a great inspection and I would definitely recommend his services. Thanks again Tom!

After an amazing home inspection with Tom at ClearView for a different property (that we ended up walking away from), we didn't hesitate to use his services again to look at another property. Tom's professionalism, patience (in explaining what he saw in detail), and suggestions made it easy to see what we would need to look into (as well as its level of importance).
