    Indoor Air Quality Inspection

    We were concerned about the air quality in our home and need to have a full investigation by a qualified professional. After doing our own research, we choose ClearView. Tom was extremely knowledgeable and gave us really good recommendations on items we need to address. We definately recommend Clearview!

    Home Inspection

    I was looking for a real professional, not a "fly by night" inspector. After speaking with a few inspectors it became very clear that Clearview was the right company for the job. They were responsive, professional, curtious and willing to go the extra mile in customer service. I have no hesitation to recommend Clearview. Thanks very much Tom for a fantastic job!

    New Home Inspection

    Normally it's difficult to find quality workmanship and professionals, but not this time. Clearview home and property inspection provided me with a top notch inspection and a high quality report. Tom was very thorough and answered all my questions professionally and in a way that I could understand. I would highly recommend Clearview. Many thanks Tom

    Professional Home Inspection

    I'm a no nonsense person and I wanted a top inspector that would tell me the truth about the home I'm about to purchase. Tom was very knowlegable and told me the "the good" and "the bad" about the home. That is exactly what I needed. He was very thorough and professional. Thanks for a great job Tom!

    Property Inspection

    I needed to find a good home inspection company that I could trust would do a good job for me. I was referred to ClearView and decided to go with them. I was extremely pleased with their work and thoroughness. The report was delived same day and was very professional. I would highly recommend.

    Home Inspection

    I hired Clearview to inspect a home that my family was very excited about. During the inspection, Tom uncovered several issues with the home that included structural, electrical, and moisture related problems. His investigation and report made us aware of the extra money that would be required to fix these items which we had not budgeted for. Tom did a great job and we would recommend him. Thanks Tom!

    Property Inspection

    We we referred to Cleaview Home Inspections by a friend to conduct an inspection of our first home. Tom was very good and uncovered a few issues that would have cost us alot more money than we had budgeted for. As a result, we used his very professional report to negotiate a better purchase price on our home. Thanks Tom for saving us thousands of dollars. We would definately recommend to others.

    Home Inspection

    Moving from a condo to a first time home purchase made us a little nervous. We knew we needed to have an inspection done because we've heard all the horror stories out there about unexpected expenses people get when they move in. We wanted to take every precaution. We researched a number of inspectors and finally selected Clearview Home Inspections. They responded quickly and answered all our questions to our satisfaction. When we got to the actual inspection, again, we were pleasently surprised. Tom was very thorough and very knowledgeable. This is exaclty what we wanted in our inspector. He did a great job and went out of his way to educate us on many aspects of the home (ie, adjusting the humidifier, changing furnace filters, shutting off the outside hose bib in the winter etc.) He was awesome and would definately recommend. Thanks so much Tom! You're our hero!!

    Quality Home Inspection

    After conducting my own review for inspectors I found Tom to be the most professional and knowledgeable. This was further reinforced after I hired him to conduct my home inspection. He was thorough, patient, and responded to all our questions. Tom is definitely one the best inspectors in the GTA and I would have no hesitation recommending him. Thank you Tom, you are a lifesaver!!!

    Home Inspection

    We've owned homes in the past and have had two previous home inspectionst, but Clearview is by far the more professional and knowledgeable by far. He walk us through the home and answer all our questions in a way we could understand. His report was also top notch and included photos with captions of the major items we found. We were very impressed and would highly recommend. Great job Tom, thanks!!
