Home Inspection
We hired Homestars to inspect our new home purchase based on their experience of conducting thousands of home inspections and reading through the positive reviews. Well Clearview more than lived up to its solid reputation. Highly professional, they diligently conducted an inspection of my home and produced a detailed and helpful report. I can't say enough on how amazing the open dialogue and wonderful customer service made this experience. Thanks Clearview. We highly recommend.

General home inspection and air quality check
The work was done promptly and in good order. The report is very detailed an professional. Work is done not just for completing the job, I am very impressed by the genuine sincerity in helping a customer.

Home Inspecton
Tom is amazing at what he does. As a Real Estate Professional, I am always looking for someone that I can refer to my clients that will offer good value and be honest and upfront. Clearview Home Inspection is just that. I have never felt more confident with a recommendation. Home inspection
Tom, from Clearviw, was very knowledgeable, professional and detailed. As a first home buyer he helped me understand every corner in the house. He was very patient and friendly. He answered to all the questions I had. We received an excellent report the same day, everything was documented and well explained. He called the next day to make sure that we understood everything in the report and took the time to speak with my husband as he was not able to attend the inspection, and he explained everything to him again. He made himself available for any further questions we had afterwords. He really did a GREAT Job. I would highly recommend working with Tom :) Thank you so much Clearview Home & Property Inspection for your excellent service!

Home maintenance inspection
I contacted Clearview for a suspected moisture issue. I wasn't even sure if they could help but I was quickly convinced that I called the right place. Tom was very polite, professional and most importantly, knowledgeable! Previous companies I had called seemed simply like bandaid solutions where as Tom wanted to get to the root of the issue, much like we did. The day of the job he arrived on time (early actually) and walked us through everything he was going to do. He was open to any and all questions and was a pleasure to deal with. I would deal with him again in the future and would recommend his services hands down.

Home Inspection
Tom, from Clearviw, is the consummate professional with a flair for impeccable customer service. Equally important, he was very knowledgable and thorough with his investigation of the property. The report Tom generated was very professional and thorough (48 pages long!) and along with providing us invaluable information on the inspection itself, it will serve as a tool in assisting us with our own home maintenance moving forward. I highly recommend using Clearview Home and Properry Inspections as it is worth every cent you'll spend. DB.

Home inspection
Everything was very well explained. Tom walked us through what he will be doing and answered all of our questions. He was very patient and made sure he did a thorough inspection. Tom took his time and went through every detail with us. He pointed out all the major things we need to keep in mind as well as the minor. The report was excellent, everything was documented and explained well.

Home inspection
We were happy with the condo inspection Tom did, as he pointed out several issues that we needed to repair. He provided a detailed report afterwards and responded to our questions. Very professional and would highly recommend him to anyone!

Home Inspection
We are buying an investment property and hired Clearview based on their great reviews. They are so incredibley thorough and detailed that we used their report to reduce the purchase price by thousands of dollars. Definitely worth the money. Great job guys.

Home Inspection
Our inspector Tom was very knowledgeable. He took time to inspect the house from top to bottom and made recommendations on items that needed immediate attention and things we should keep an eye on. Unlike inspectors I have dealt with in the past he checked the roof, crawl space and went above and beyond to ensure we understood everything. We were provided with a report which included photos and he made himself available for any further questions we had afterwards. He did an amazingly thorough job and I would highly recommend his services.
