Home Inspection
Tom did a fantastic job, he was very thorough in his examination and explained everything carefully and clearly. He was patient and very knowledgable to give advice on learning about the house and what to be careful about. I would definitely recommend others to use him as well.

Commercial Inspection
Clearview Home & Property Inspections is nothing short of amazing. I have used Clearview three times now and all three times they were very professional and thorough with the inspections. I have used them for a condo unit as well as two 6 plex residential commercial buildings. They always take their time and seem to find issues that I don’t see, ultimately saving me thousands before closing. I would highly recommend Clearview Home & property Inspections and I will certainly be using them again on my next investment.

Full home inspection
This is the most comprehensive and thorough inspection I've ever seen! Wow! Your services are worth every penny! Thank you for your impeccable and professional inspection services. ....It's just a peace of mind.....Thanks Thomas for taking time with the inspection and reviewed all the issues with us as they came up and again summarized them after each level!! Home inspection
Tom was great and professional. Answered all of our questions and was very thorough. I recommended him to my brother in law for their home inspection. The best part about Tony is that he was answered every single question we had and did so in a very understandable way. Additionally, several weeks after we had met with him, I had a question that I emailed him for. He called me back and was happy to discuss the issue with me. It made me feel a lot better. If I ever were going to recommend someone for a home inspection, I would not hesitate to recommend Clearview and would strongly recommend Tony as the inspector.

Home inspection
Tom was very friendly and answered all the questions I had about my condo. During the home inspection, he kept me in the loop and explained every step along the way. He was very through and I am very happy with his service. If I ever decide to dive into the real estate market in the future, I will definitely hire him to perform a home inspection for me again!

Home inspection
I needed a quick home inspection on the thanksgiving Monday ( the long weekend) . Not only was Tom there but he was very knowledgable and very detailed , I was very happy with Tom's professional demeanour and highly recommend his services.

Home Inspection
We were lucky enough to have Tom to perform the bome inspection for us. Very professional guide through, tells you every little and all the stuff we need to know about the house. Love the super detailed report! Will never looked at any other company again! Thanks Tom!

Healthy Home Inspection Service/Comprehensive Home Inspection
Tom arrived on time and began a thorough walk around the premise. He is highly recommended to home owners to known their homes and keep their homes in top shape.

Home Inspection
Has done a very detail inspection and gave us a very detailed inspection report, not only that but went over the report with use and explained all the content. He answered our questions and took the time and patience to show us what we could do to fix certain problems. His opinion was valued and appreciated. I recommend their services.
