Extended Home Inspection
It was a very smooth and helpful process. Our home inspector Tom made it easy and understandable for us as a first time House owner. His approach and detail work helped us make a decision to buy or not.Thank you Tom.

Condo inspection
I worked with Tomas; these guys handled their business in a very professional and personable manner. I had to cancel last minute due to extenuating circumstances and they really handled the situation in a way that far exceeded my expectations. Will be coming back to them in the near future.

Inspection for the new house
Tom is professional, punctual and excellent at what he does. He took his time to explain all the details and inspected the house top to bottom. I am very satisfied with his quality of work and professionalism. Highly recommended.

Home Inspection
Knowledgeable, thorough, comprehensive, and professional. I would highly recommend Tom Randa to anyone looking for a reliable home inspection service. I appreciated that he spoke in layman's term. He didn't try to impress by using big words and instead made sure I understood why, how, what, and where before moving on to the next room. A fantastic experience overall. Thank you, Tom!

Home inspection
Their professional and prompt response to our Buyer's inspection ASAP request are highly appreciated, and the electronic report was delivered earlier than expectation and it is so users friendly with lots of pictures and illustrations to explain the condition of the house. Thanks Clearview for bringing us the view clearly and quickly.

New house inspection
Thomas did a wonderful job in finding all unfinished jobs, irregularities and imperfections left behind by the construction company. His approach was very thorough and so was the report received at the end. We fell extremely happy and relieved knowing tgat things will be fixed prior to moving in, based on his recommendations.

Property inspection
We had a 12 unit inspection, which is quite a large job. Tom handled it professionally from the start to the end. He was very consistent with his attention to detail. I would not hesitate to have Tom help with my next project.

Home Inspection
It was great as already expected!! Jobs done very professionally and report provided on time with detailed analysis of my new house purchased. This was a second time I used this service from Tom and I would absolutely use him again in the future. Thanks for the great service!!

Home inspection
This is the 2nd home inspection we have used Clearview home inspections for over the last 5 years. I wouldn't think to use anyone else for a second. Tom's work is impecable, his detailed inspections and level of professionalism are rare to find in the industry. His attention to detail and level of explaining to the end user how certain things may be a concern leaves me at peace knowing i will not have any future possible costly surprises. Thank you Tom for a fabulous inspection.
