Home inspection
Tom Rando was great. Punctual, professional and very knowledgeable are only a few words to describe him. The inspection was very comprehensive and educational. Tom followed up with both the report and air quality sample in the following days after the inspection and made himself available to answer all questions. I Highly recommend this company and Tom Rando.

home inspection
Excellent inspection. Punctual, professional, friendly, thorough and competent service. I have had several house inspections done in the past and this was the most comprehensive and reliable. I highly recommend this inspector.

Home inspection
Excellent attention to detail and communication to us and in the report covering all concerns about new property. Excellent work and would recommend!

home inspection prior to closing
Clearview is awesome. The inspector came on Labour day in order to accommodate my wife and I due to work and scheduling issues. Tom was very informative, had answers to all our questions with a report emailed to us the same day. Very efficient, professional and polite. Worth every penny. Highly recommended.

House Inspection
Communication and customer service throughout our experience with Clearview was great! Extremely knowledgable, definitly knows what he (Tom) is talking about. I would recommend Clearview to my family and friends. I am very happy

Very thorough and elaborate. Well versed in every aspect of the home inspection. Report was very detailed. Customer Service is exceptional. Recommended!

Pleasant and thorough
A Great experience from start to finish. They took the time to give a thorough explanation of what the inspection would include and why. Friendly and on time. Definitely recommend.

Extended Plus Home Inspection
We decided to have a home inspection to get an idea of what work might be needed in our '50s era house over the next few years. We chose the Extended Plus service which was very comprehensive, including infrared camera and mould testing. From start to finish, the process was seamless and we were very impressed with Tom’s thoroughness and professionalism. He took the time to explain to us what he was doing every step of the way. The report was detailed and Tom encouraged us to contact him if we had any questions. It was a good experience and I have no reservations recommending Clearview Home and Property Inspections. I would definitely use them again.

PDI FOR NEW CONDO
Tom did a great job to conduct PDI for my new condo at short notice. Tom is very responsive, patient and clear in all correspondences. He spent extra time to understand the document around structural enhancement I selected. The report is very professional / through and was delivered on the same day of inspection. Very impressive!

House Inspection
I have to say, this is the BEST home inspection I have ever received. I did try a few inspectors diring my house hunting period, and none of them are as professional, as patience, and as thorough. He not only went inside out of the place, documented everything needs attention, but also suggeted repair solution, along with the possible cause of the damage, so we know how to prevent in the future, most importantly, he provided a list of parts/pricing at the end of the report, so I can have a rough estiamantion of the cost of my repair job. I truly appreatiated his work, and will strongly suggest him for anyone who might be looking for a house inspection person. In the end, you are garanteed getting your money well spent :) Thank you again Tom !!! (if you are able to view this)
