Henry is very professional and honest, he helped me choose the perfect front entrance door(solid door with peephole) to replace my decorative glass door. He also noticed that my rear storm door was improperly installed and damaged, so I changed that one as well. Henry installed both doors with great attention and care-he is a perfectionist. I am truly happy with his service and attention to detail. GREAT EXPERIENCE!!!

We contacted Henry from Imperial Windows and Doors for a quote to replace 6 windows and a patio door in our home. We were very impressed with him from the onset. He was courteous and seemed very knowledgeable about the work required. Henry listened to our needs and made suggestions. We always received quick replies to our emails, and the windows and patio door were installed in a timely manner as he had promised. Both he and his employee did a wonderful job, and we would not hesitate to recommend him to our family and friends. We, of course, will not hesitate to contract him again for future window and door work. Excellent service!

Me and my family had to get our entire first floor windows replaced, we hired Henry for the job over the rest of the competition and couldnt be happier with our decision. Communicating with Henry was easy, he always had good answers to our concerns and offered really good suggestions. We had several companies submit quotes to replace all of our windows and out front door. Not only did Henry - the owner - come in the lowest, but also had the best customer service. That is rarely the case. He delivered when he promised to and always made himself available for questions - till this day. We're looking at getting two additional external doors done and I won't even consider shopping around. Great work!

After reading several very positive reviews of Imperial Doors and Windows on Homestars I called to arrange a meeting with Henry for an estimate to replace 3 large windows. Henry is the owner of the company and obviously takes great pride in his work. He was knowledgeable about the products and helped me to make a decision on which windows to choose. About a week later I decided I also wanted to replace the glass insert of my front door and Henry helped me choose the glass via email and was able to add that to the existing order. He was extremely responsive and easy to communicate with. Henry showed up on the agreed upon date for installation and he and his worker got the windows and insert installed in one day. Excellent experience; I highly recommend this company.

Henri is a very nice and honest person to deal with he gave us a far price lower then major advertised company or big popular store. Completed the work on time as promised would recommend him to anyone very reasonable and sincere.

I received 3 quotes. Henry responded to my request right away and was the only person who listened and discussed exactly what I wanted. He showed up on time, was quick , efficient, cleaned up his work area and charged less than both of the other quotes. I would highly recommend him to my friends.

Great communication with Henry. As we talked, he was able to give detailed information about problems that he might encountered since my house is 50 years old. Open communication was a key. When it came to the installation, he showed up with his worker and were quiet, clean and professional. We will be doing business with this company again as we move on with our renovations.

I don't know about windows & doors . Henry does. I asked him to replace and upgrade the windows and doors of my bungalow. He is fast to respond and deep in knowlege of his trade. He helped me choose the right colours and styles for my objectives, and he gave helpful answers to my question, withhout the sales pitch. He was precise with measurements and timelines. I left him without worry, with the keys to my home. My neighbours were impressed with his professionalism. The results are wonderful, and worth the cost. My cats love the storm door. Thanks Henry!
