Having your windows replaced is probably not going to be top of the list of enjoyable things to do, but Henry @ Imperial certainly made it easier. Prompt friendly service, kept exactly to set timeline and fixed & replaced the windows as required. The old Decora windows were pretty terrible and not holding up very well, but now sunlight streams through the window from what was once a cloudy/ foggy mess.

We had our very large bow window installed with Imperial Windows. Many of the window companies we had a quote from, stated they could not do the job as our window was too large. Henry did a fantastic job, our window looks great. I would highly recommend using Imperial Windows. Thank you Henry.

Henry replied to all email and phone calls in timely manner, showed up on time for both the estimate and the job, answered all of our questions, and had all windows replaced within a day and a half. He worked very quietly and efficiently, and cleaned up all of the construction mess. When I called for estimates, all decided to call back and we had about 8 other companies come before Henry, and another 4 scheduled after. But we just stopped at Henry. When it's time to replace these windows again, and if Henry is still in business, we'll have him do the deed. And I am not writing this just to write it - we have a general contractor Richard who has been maintaining our rental property in California for 19 years now.

I had the pleasure of dealing with Henry at Imperial Windows and Doors to replace my bigger front window. The whole process was very friendly, professional, smooth and pleasant. The quoted price was very reasonable. He responded to every question I had and kept all the promises he made. I am very happy with the service and my new front Energy-Start-rated WindowCity window. Excellent professional customer service. The service personnel installed the storm door with little time and ease. The storm door is superb quality. They disposed of the old storm door at no cost. Furthermore, they fixed the frame of the door. I was so concerned about two windows in which my tenants had created issues (the sliding panel re-inserted incorrected; and other window which had long screws between the two slide panels). I couldn't get any professional service to fix these two minor window issues. Imperial windows & doors fixed these issues without charging me a penny. Also they adjusted their time schedule based on my tenants' demands. I received the best customer service possible.
