    Caulking

    We had completed a renovation project on the facades of two commercial buildings. The windows and all other joints had to be caulked to prevent water and weather damage. Michael was called on to do the job and provided a reasonable cost, completed the work professionally and did an excellent job.

    recaulking job

    Our home was in dire need of a recaulking job so we started our search online. We came across Gold Seal Caulking and called Michael, he was very fast with the call back and scheduled a visit the following day. Michael gave detail on the whole process and gave us a bunch of information on what product was going to be used - this was really helpful since we did not know anything about this type of work. Gold Seal showed up on the date agreed upon and completed the work on time. The guys were hard working and courteous of their surroundings. They did remove all the old caulking and applied the backer rod and caulking as said. We are pleased with the results and would recommend them to anyone who needs this type of work done.     Exterior caulking/sealing

    We hired Michael from Gold Seal Caulking and couldn't have been happier with the job he did. We met Michael at the end of November for an estimate to do all of the exterior caulking of all of our windows/doors/vents. He was extremely professional and knowledgable. He gave us a great deal of information about the different products and made his recommendations. We ended up by hiring Michael a couple days later. We really appreciated that he gave us an approximate date/time frame to complete the job and that he met this date. Our job was completed 2 weeks later. He worked an entire day on our house and completed the job the same day. We are very happy with the work he did. We would highly recommend Michael and Gold Seal Caulking to anyone looking for this kind of work. Our friends also used Gold Seal nd were very happy with the work.

    Recaulking House

    Mike and his team did an excellent job removing the old caulking and replacing it with a high quality replacement product. The exterior looks much better and the job they did was excellent and very professional. I would highly recommend Gold Seal to anyone considering getting this type of work completed.

    Home window caulking

    We found Gold Seal Caulking through Homestars and decided to use them for a bunch of reasons. First let me give you those reasons. Michael was very prompt with the return of my phone call, I also tried calling other companies for quotes but none returned my call. He was very professional and knew the products very well - also explained everything in detail. He came off as a very presentable honest man, and for these reasons we chose to go with Gold Seal Caulking. On the day of the work we were very pleased, the crew was on time and began work right away. The result was stellar. I have seen other homes that had been re-caulked, but they did not look as neat and clean as this did, I was very impressed. As I did mention Michael was very honest at first meet, and he was all throughout - he made sure everything that was agreed upon was completed. The work space was kept clean, and was left just the way it was before the guys showed up. If you are looking for a top notch caulking contractor, who will not disappoint - this is the company. Great work guys.

    Complete exterior caulking

    With our home's windows and doors needing to be re caulked, we looked online to find companies in the area. We came across Gold Seal Caulking and really liked the reviews on the HomeStars site. Michael was very quick to respond and gave us an online estimate. Only one other company we contacted for a quote ever responded. Michael and crew arrived exactly on time on the day they scheduled for the job, which was shortly after we initially contacted the company. Michael and his crew were very professional, friendly, and eager to answer questions. The caulking was done extremely neatly and smoothly and makes a huge difference to the appearance of our home. They even used a different colour of caulk to match the sills. They kept the job site neat and tidy and all the debris was cleared away when they left. They even took the time to point out a potential problem with a vent as well. Overall, Michael and his crew were a pleasure to deal with and their work was exceptional. It's nice to know there is still a company out there who does great work and cares about what they do. We were so impressed that we've already recommended Gold Seal to a co-worker. Thanks for a job well done! It's so hard to know which company to choose when you need some work done and the HomeStars site was a great resource for finding a quality company like Gold Seal.

    Caulking of all windows and doors

    Michael answered my call promptly, arranged an appointment to complete a quote and showed up on time. Other caulking contractors on this site with perfect 10 ratings did not. He completed the job on the day agreed upon. The quality of the work is excellent and the quality of the caulking is premium. When interviewing contractors, make sure you review what type of caulking materlal they are using - this will make a big difference in durability over time. Michael is a hard working man with integrity and does a great job. You don't need to look further than Gold Seal Caulking.

    Caulking

    Gold Seal re-caulked all the windows of our 3-storey semi (and our neighbors at the same time). The weather kept interfering and they had to come back on 3 different days and ended up having to work around painters who were re-painting the exterior that week as well. Despite the trouble, the guys remained in good spirits and were extremely pleasant and easy to deal with. More importantly, they did an excellent job - we are very happy with the results and would highly recommend. Thanks!

    Re-cauked Exterior Windows

    Michael from Gold Seal Caulking was quick to respond to our initial email request to provide us with a quote to re-caulk all our exterior windows (21). Once Michael came to the house to view the work that needed to be done, he actually reduced his price! He was very informative with any questions we asked and fully explained the work they were prepared to do and the products they were going to use. The quality of work done by his crew was excellent and they finished the job in one day, including clean-up ... I was impressed. Gold Seal Caulking also re-caulked all our vents, pipes and 2 front column bases at no additional charge. I would recommend Gold Seal Caulking for the quality of their work, their professional work ethic and their reasonable costs.

    House Exterior Caulking and New Shed Caulked

    I was recommended to Gold Seal by a relative to seal my entire home as well as our newly built shed in the back with 2 windows and a door. The gentleman I was dealing with "Michael" was very helpful with any questions I asked regarding the work being done and was very professional. The price I was given was well within the estimated cost, I believe maybe a $15 cost difference only due to one door having an unusual size of caulking to be removed and replaced. He also as well like the above poster - caulked all our vents and pipes for no charge. The quality of work was great and I was more than pleased. There were a few extra areas we asked him to caulk when he was at the house, he had no issue doing them and was very reasonable with the cost. I would suggest Gold Seal Caulking for the quality of work, the professional work ethic and the reasonable cost.
