    monthly alarm

    The sales rep was very helpful on guiding me through selecting the right equipments. The installation was quick. Whenever I triggered the false alarm, the operator can reach me or my secondary contact at a timely manner. Overall I am satisfied.

    Alarm Service

    Prompt in calling us when we have set off the alarm in error which gives us peace of mind that if the alarm was not false that the service works. There were a couple of times that we were not asked our password which concerns me. I had mentioned this to the company and it has not happened since.

    Home Alarm

    Got the home alarm a few months ago...Very pleased with this company. The tech guy was very friendly and knowledgeable, easy installation.Great pricing and nice customer service... I'd recommend United Alarm!...

    Home Alarm

    Customer service is very responsive. It was very easy to get a quote on a system that met our needs. Booking an install appointment was very flexible. Installer was efficient and friendly and the system is working great!

    Home Alarm System

    My Family has been with this Company for just a few months and we love it, I love the feeling that we and our home are protected! They also have Great Customer Service and answered All of our questions about the system.. I would Highly Recommend United Alarms for All Family's!

    Home Alarm

    After some research, I have chosen the United Alarm to be my home alarm security system. The Honeywell touch screen system has been installed and operated for about one month. Everything is functioning well and meet or exceed my expectation. Thanks United Alarm and good staff at the company. Simon

    Install Home Alarm System

    I had an alarm system installed just before we left on vacation. I was a rushed job but they fit me in to the schedule. The technician arrived right on time, did a great job and was very professional. He took the time to show us all the features and to answer our questions. I got the Honeywell touch scene panel instead of the standard one and I think that was a good decision. The many features offered by the system would be difficult to navigate without the screen feedback.

    Alarm system

    Excellent customer service, I called and in few days I had everything working. The installation service went smoothly (very clean) and the technician was friendly and helpful. The overall experience has been positive and I'd recommend them to anyone

    Had alarm installed

    Thanks to Gerald and all the staff at United Alarm. Very good service. Installer was very personable and new his stuff. These folks were recommended to me by my son who also uses them and I would not hesitate to recommend United to anyone. Good job folks.
