    Exceeded our expectations in Quality & Workmanship

    We were referred to Western Granite & Stone by a friend who had used them for their kitchen and were completely satisfied. We as well were totally happy with the quality & workmanship of their product, not to mention how competitively priced they were. Candy (Sales Manager) was super easy to deal with, accommodating, and helpful in helping us pick out our stone for our kitchen. Their installation crew were meticulous, clean, and the fit & finish of our kitchen granite was outstanding. Absolutely perfect! They left our kitchen cleaner when they left, than when they started. Couldn't be happier with Western Granite and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for top quality install & workmanship.

    Small Job, but still great service

    I had a small job to do and was looking for remnant pricing, which should be substantially less. Western was great in that they only charged me what was needed, not for the entire remnant which resulted in a much lower price than many places. Not only that, the service was excellent - uncommon for a small job. They accommodated my days off and worked my small job into their production schedule so that I could pick up the item on short notice. Will definitely have them quote on larger jobs I have coming up in the future.

    Kitchen reno in June and Bathroom reno in Sept

    They did an awesome job in my kitchen in June so I hired them to do the bathroom this month. They are so easy to deal with, friendly and go out of their way to ensure the client is happy. Can't say enough good about them.

    Kitchen & bathroom granite countertop

    I just read all the reviews and I agree one hundred percent with all the praise for Candy and Fong for his pride in workmanship. He managed to do my kitchen countertop with no seam. Its not a big kitchen but never the less it was a challenge and he did it perfectly. I would greatly recommend Western Granite .

    Great service and workmanship, at a competitive price.

    I came across this company through Home Stars. I had a few quotes to install quartz counters in my house, and they were all fairly similar in price. However, Candy's service stood out much better than the rest. She met us at our home and again at the quartz supplier. She had great suggestions and lots of patience. She also reassured us that they could demo the old counters and install the new without damaging the backsplash (we didn't want to replace it) - whereas the other guys wouldn't even consider doing this, probably because it is more time consuming. The counters were installed while we were away, and we were very happy with the seam placement, edges, and all the finishing work. Very impressed with these guys, definitely worth a call if you are considering changing out your counters.

    Quartz Kitchen Countertops

    I came across this company here on Homestars and I'm glad that I did. All the positive reviews are warranted based on my experience. Candy, the owner was extremely helpful throughout the process. She was at our house the same day I first contacted her with sample and taking measurements. We had a quote the next day. I compared her price with others and it was in line with what other were charging for the same product. Candy was extremely accommodating, working with my wife and I to find the perfect product for our kitchen, this involved weekend trips to various suppliers in the City. Once the product was selected the rest of the project proceed like clockwork. Everything was done on time and within the estimated timelines. The installers were extremely professional and left the kitchen tidier than they found it. I have no hesitation in recommending this comapny.

    kitchen counters

    We could not have been more satisfied right from the first inquiry to our finished kitchen. Candi was superb and helped us pick the right granite and it has turned out beautiful. There was no pressure just great service. Our install was done on time and meticulous the plumber was scheduled by Candi and reconnected the sink professionally and in a timely manner. We were impressed with the pride of workmanship and the very reasonable pricing. I would recommend this company to all my friends. A huge thank you to all of you for a job well done

    Kitchen,bathroom and laundry room granite

    The service was excellent from start to finish. Professional advice with regard to a suitable product, professional and accurate measurements and installation on the exact scheduled date. Installation was done with care and respect to our home. We would highly recommend this company to friends and family.

    Kitchen quartz counter top installation

    From the first contact with Candy to the finished product of my kitchen and bathroom's quartz installation, the quality, pride of the workmanship and customer service demonstrated by Western Granite are truly remarkable ! Fong and his team were punctual, efficient and courteous. Their price is competitive and I highly recommend Western Granite with no hesitation! Thank you for making this kitchen and bathroom's upgrade experience such a positive one!

    Kitchen and Bathroom Renovations

    Western Granite is amazing!!! Candy was so patient and helpful with our renovation. She is truly concerned with customer service and goes out of her way to act in her customers best interest. They were professional,punctual, and extremely accommodating. Feng is second to none with his template abilities and install. I am extremely fussy and particular and he did not disappoint. Excellent value, honesty and service from start to finish. If I had to describe Western Granite in two words, they would be exceptional and outstanding!
